Ikshana Resort and Spa, Khandala

I got a valley view room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite.

There is nothing which i didn't like. I just have a suggestion to make it more better. The area around the valley should have some benches to sit and enjoy the view

I like indoor games setup 7. I like the Mountain View from the property 8. I like spa facilities 9. I like pool location 10. I like guest privacy respect from all staff

1. Faucet spray in wash room need to replace 2. Sofa cum bed was broken, needs repair 3. Dustbins are very old, need new one 4. Cleaning in room needs more attention, underneath of sofa was dirty 5. Spa is having limited staff for gents 6.Provide big water bottles in rooms 7. Taken more time in spite of advance booking for spa 8. Check out Time is too early 9. Pool table play should non chargeable 10. Lawns near highway not accessible to guests

Location is very good, would love to visit again in rainy season. Food was amazing

Nothing much for kids. Can add cycles for kids and more games like archery, shooting, cycling, pottery making etc.
