The property looks new and impressive, but unfortunately our 2-night stay was very disappointing. We faced repeated electricity interruptions for several hours, especially on the first evening, with the power going off and coming back every few seconds. The response from reception regarding the issue was not satisfactory, and we were also given contradictory information about the property's pet policy despite Agoda clearly showing that cats and dogs were allowed. There were also delays in attending to an in-room TV issue and an uncomfortable experience with security/valet staff near our balcony. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. Food was served all at once instead of course-wise, and we had to call staff ourselves for serving. One ₹575 noodle dish was cold and practically untouched, although we still paid the full amount. Overall, the property has potential, but the service, communication and handling of basic guest concerns need significant improvement.
