I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Radisson Resort & Spa, Lonavala. The biggest issue was the behavior of some of the staff. I felt they were rude and treated guests differently based on their own judgments, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The room itself was below expectations. The TV was not working, and the hotel did not even have a Smart TV with basic features like YouTube or OTT apps, which is surprising considering the premium pricing. Another uncomfortable experience was that whenever staff came to the room for housekeeping or food delivery, I felt they unnecessarily looked inside the room and seemed more interested in observing who was inside rather than simply doing their job. Their expressions and behavior made us feel judged and uncomfortable, which affected our privacy during the stay. The resort also felt significantly overpriced for what it offered. The property felt crowded, and there were very few activities available. Even the activities that were available were not properly explained by the staff, so guests were left unaware of what they could actually enjoy. The dining experience was equally disappointing. I paid around ₹5,000 for dinner, expecting high-quality food, but the food served tasted stale and was nowhere near the standard expected from a premium resort. Overall, the stay did not justify the amount charged. For the price, I expected much better hospitality, better-maintained rooms, quality food, and staff who made guests feel respected and comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, and I would not recommend this property unless there are significant improvements in service, food quality, and guest experience.

Good place for short relaxing breaks with your family, the welcome horn that they blow for evrey guest is annoying for guests in the room especially elderly guests who are trying to nap, the spa and rooftop restaurant are a must visit and exceptional, the resort has some problems with the power outlets as they get jammed and you can't plug in your chargers/devices in them half the time, the rooms are spacious and have basic amenities, the activities are fun and engaging, the breakfast buffet has a reasonable variety of food with it being mainly south Indian cuisine, overall it was a good stay and I would reccomend it to guests travelling for a short break.

Everything was up to the mark—from the cleanliness and room quality to the friendliness of the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every aspect of the experience met our expectations. We can't wait to visit this excellent property again. Highly recommended!
