Overall the stay was comfortable, hotel staff were happy and jovial, the front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Experience with Miss Afruja was pleasant and warm. Excellent service, cheerful environment

The spacious room was a big plus with balcony and view
Service was excellent at all meals (breakfast, dinner, drinks). Food was also good quality but not cheap.
Spa treatment was also excellent value for money
Check in process was a chaotic and unorganised by staff. Took much too long.

Breakfast is very good. Location is very good. Rooms are spacious.
WiFi is very slow; the Mountain View rooms were actually looking at old vehicles junk yard.
