    Extremely Poor Experience One of the worst stays we have had in Lonavala. The property is in very poor condition with almost no maintenance or cleanliness. • The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and smelled very bad. • The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. • The window glasses were broken/missing, leaving the entire window open with only a net. This was a major safety and privacy concern. • The room light was continuously blinking and not working properly. • No towels or door mat were provided. Even after multiple follow-ups, they were not provided. • There were no basic food items available—not even tea or coffee. • When we arrived, there was no security guard available to assist with parking. • The swimming pool was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the property is extremely poorly maintained, and the basic amenities expected from a stay were missing. The management was also not responsive despite repeated follow-ups. Definitely not recommended.
