We booked this accomodation because it is near the ferry to Bastia(aprox 20 minutes drive). The Guest house is near the beach, and near shops (e.g. we needed pet shop and it was 2 min drive). We liked the politeness of the staff, quiet location, restaurant with great pizza and cocktails :) Room was cozy, bed was good. Air condition was useful.

Quiet a disappointment

Quiet location on the outskirts of the city. Nice garden with possibility of playing for children.

The air conditioner "worked" but did not cool. Cleanliness not much. Breakfast an absolute disappointment - no presence of any staff, only dry packaged crackers with the option of jams and Nutella, no tea, no coffee (only capsules, old water in machine) . Fortunately we had only one night.

Close to the water

When I arrived there was no instruction where to find reception. I finally found a place and people were running around me everywhere, it took 20 minutes for someone to finally check me in. Later that day I was wandering around the property and was approached by what seemed staff speaking Italian, I tried to explain numerous times I didn’t speak Italian to when they had 4 staff members come out to approach me. Very concerned and feeling unsafe I escaped to my room, explained I was just looking around. It was 30+ degrees everyday and my air con didn’t work, the blinds were shutters that made me feel trapped

The air conditioner was not working, it was unbearably hot. The staff did not know how to fix it. Furthermore, the staff didn't speak English or German, which is unacceptable and highly unexpected for a holiday destination at this time. The breakfast was from Eurospin.

Clean, comfortable and great value.

It was perfect for me. I was travelling north from Rome to Lake Como and stayed for two nights. The room was huge, as was the ensuite. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, everything I wanted with tea or coffee. Location wise it is a bit outside of the city but this wasn't a concern for me. Close to the sea, coffee shops, supermarket and walks.

It was very nice and a familiar environment, I felt at home right away. The room had everything I needed and the breakfast and community rooms were very cute. I didn’t use the outdoor area but it looked very inviting

I wanted to sleep in but woke up very early because of people talking in the hallways, its not very soundproof. And I would have liked some of the breakfast food to be fresh and not plastic packed.

I would recommend this accommodation for a short-term stay. It's close to the beach which is public with a shower. Also there are enough restaurants and bars around. It's location is beneficial if you want to reach Livorno, Pisa or Florence.

Breakfast was served in boxes for each room. While there was enough food for both of us, it was the same every day and not everything was filled up for next day. Also coffee machine was a bit problematic.

Good parking

We were excluded from the dinner in the hotel. They said that without reservation, they could not give us a table. The place were not full at all. We even asked if we could take away a Pizza. Which they as well rejected. Very rude behavior. Wouldn’t stay again here.

The hotel is very well located in the southern part of livorno. There are many restaurants and pizzerias around, and it has a small parking that could be useful if someone arrives by car. There is also an internal restaurant. The surroundings of the building are very green.

J’ai aimé le parking privé, et que j’ai payé un toit où dormir, et que l’hôte de l’accueil a pu me recevoir 10 min avant .

Alors , pour 71€ la nuit - peut déjeuner décevant , 1 croissant pas frais , des gâteaux industriels, mise à disposition de céréales mais sans lait , ils nous donnent un toast déjà préparer mais nous demande pas si on est allergique ou autre ( croc monsieur avec du porc , je suis végétarienne) , yaourt périmé , du beurre des petites confitures mais sans pains , un petit déjeuner vraiment inutile pour 71€ - une chambre simple décevante , des traces sur les murs , du papiers toilettes mis en quantité pour un petit enfant , douche avec du calcaire , rideaux cassé, manque de meuble pour poser ses affaires , manque de prise ( il y en avait qu’1 , et une multi prise en dessous du lit qui servait pour la lampe j’ai dû la débrancher sinon on n’y a pas accès) , tapis pas propre il avait l’air usé, un trousseau de clé pour ouvrir 4 portes , peut être que c’est un hôtel 6 étoiles on sait pas. Pour 71€ la nuit c’est du vrai foutage de guêulë. C’est un semblant d’une chambre , ils ont trouvé des objets à droite et à gauche pour en faire une . J’ai eu l’impression d’être au Crouss et encore On dirait vraiment qu’ils encaissent et qu’ils comptent pièce par pièce , objet par objet ce qu’ils mettent pour pas dépenser. Vraiment j’ai pas de mots , personnellement je recommande pas du tout , mettez votre argent ailleurs

Schönes Projekt, aber kein Hotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Das Inklusionskonzept fanden wir sehr gut. Es sollte auf der Buchungsseite jedoch noch deutlicher hervorgehoben werden. Die Betten waren sehr gut und auch im Badezimmer war ausreichend Platz sowie ausreichend Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte. Das Abendessen im Garten hatte seinen eigenen Charme. Die selbstgemachten Pinsas waren sehr lecker und günstig und vollkommen ausreichend für eine erwachsene Person. Das Personal war sehr bemüht alle unsere Anfragen und Wünsche zu erfüllen trotz der Sprachbarriere. Für uns lag das Hotel günstig, da wir am nächsten Tag die Fähre zur Weiterreise nutzen wollten.

Das Hotel selbst liegt aber in keiner schönen Gegend - dicht an großen Straßen und auch der angrenzende Stadtteil von Livorno ist nicht gerade einladend. Das Frühstück ist pragmatisch gehalten, allerdings sollte hier vom Betreiber etwas mehr Augenmerk draufgelegt werden. Es fehlte Milch fürs Müsli und auch das Wasser war schnell von den Gästen aufgebraucht. Es gab kostenlos ein Getränk pro Person pro Tag, aber man konnte weitere Getränke für ein paar Cent am Automaten dazukaufen. Das Badezimmer war zwar sehr geräumig, aber es hat eine kleine Sanierung dringend nötig.

Zwaar teleurstellend

Niets. Alles achterstallig onderhoud, schimmel in de badkamer, douchedeuren vielen uit elkaar. Personeel zeer gebrekkig Engels sprekend. Ontbijt te slecht voor woorden. Alles voorverpakt tosti’s in de koelkast van dagen oud die zelf afgebakken moesten worden. Geen vlees of kaas, koffiemachine werkte niet naar behoren. Geen yoghurt of melk aanwezig. Airco’s die amper werkten. Toegangshek viel van ellende en roest uit elkaar. Kortom alles was slecht. Hierbij nog niet eens alles vernoemd. Prijs van 125 euro veel en veel te hoog. Zelfs als ik gratis mag verblijven deed ik het nog niet.

La possibilité de stationner sont véhiculé à l’intérieur

La qualité du lit (matelas et oreiller très dur) L’attente jusqu’à 16h (aucune réception avant) Le personnel qui ne parle meme pas anglais Le petit déjeuner (tout les produits emballés sous vide, des croissants et des toasts vieux de 3 jours) Bref lamentable pour le prix.

Chi gestisce questa struttura ha in mano dei ragazzi d'oro ma non sa organizzare il posto.

La posizione è buona, è situato vicino al mare (mare discreto, ciottoli viscidi ricorda l'acqua di lago, se vuoi un mare migliore scendi ad Antignano) ed ad una fermata autobus (Ardenza Terra, circa 6 minuti a piedi) per chi come noi non era automunito. La camera era spaziosa e dotata dei comfort minimi per un pernottamento. La colazione minimal, tutto confezionato ma apprezzati i Toast e le Brioches preparateci.

Purtroppo la struttura è abbandonata a sé, sia negli ambianti, sia nel personale. Ci vorrebbe qualche accortezza in più per farti sentire in vacanza in un B&B. La cosa peggiore, a mio parere, le porte della doccia nel bagno lasciate in uno stato di degrado. Se volete un soggiorno decente, semplice e pulito, non scegliete questo posto, se invece, come noi, avete un giorno disponibile e vi accontentate di un letto, un bagno e del cibo confezionato, vi troverete bene.
