Good place before heading out in the morning with the ferries

Little strange location but feels very cool. Room was big and clean with good wifi. Amazing stuff met us at the location who extra came out for us.

All with the property was amazing. Be aware if you want early dinner because of early ferry most restaurants around there open around 19:00.

Great accommodation, great hostess.

We liked Isabella , who was amazing. She met us at the corner, explained everything beautifully, even sorted out my technology problems! The shared kitchen was well equipped and a good size. The whole place was spotlessly clean. New Fort only 5 min away. Would definitely stay here again.😄

Pleasant place away from the hustle and bustle of major cities, but easy train ride to Pisa.

Spacious room for 3 adults, with good air conditioning. Good bathroom. Shared kitchen with 2 other rooms with each room having its own glasses and crockery. A pleasant but longish walk to the beach and same to the bus stop. Quiet neighborhood.

Some extra pillows would have been nice.

Exceptional

The rooms are modern and very clean. Each room has its own bathroom. We booked two of the three rooms for an overnight stay to catch the ferry on the next morning, and it was perfect for this. It's about 15 minutes to the ferry. Parking in the street was no problem. Also, we were able to store our bicycles in the garage. Late check-in after 9pm was also no problem at all.

Nice and clean.

The room was spacious and clean. Enough room for luggage. Tho host was waiting for us when we arrived and seemed nice, however, our encounter was brief. We let ourselves out the next day at checkout. Parking is in the street, but we did not have any issue finding a spot and the residential area in which the building is located seemed nice and safe.

It should be stated more explicitly that this is a room within an appartment, with other guests next door, and a shared kitchen with shared fridge (which could use a clean-up). I missed some proper glasses and coffee mugs in the room (only plastic cups available, which can't handle boiling water). The mattres was super comfortable, but the bed had only a single large sheet with top cover, meaning a tug-of-war for the covers all night (plus those top covers never get washed). I would have prefered two separate duval blankets with duval coveres. It is a bit of a walk from the center. Overall, the stay was nice, but some extra touches are missing to justify the price.

Great place to stay

Great location close to Livorno city centre. We had no problem finding the street parking right in front of the apartment. The room was nice and cozy, and it was completely quiet. Comfortable bed. There was a shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, etc that could be useful (we didn't use it as we were staying there for just one night). We communicated with the owner with a phone and text messages, and he was nice and kind. The instruction that he sent to us was clear.

Superb

We had the bedroom for 2-3 with a balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony is a little narrow, but allows for sitting and enjoing the sun set. The bath was quite new and very clean. The shower was really small, but we managed. I especially liked the open closet. This made it easy to unpack for a few days and not live out of the luggage. The kitchen is shared with the other 2 rooms. We used only the fridge and that worked without problems. The level is noise depends completely on the other guests. We had a had family of 4, were we didn't hear a sound, and we had a couple that made noise like an elephant herd. The neighborhood is really calm and save. No problem to leave a car with a foreign license plate outside.

I would have liked to use the self-checkin instead of waiting for the owner to let us in.

Clealiness and new equipment

- Very poor english communication - All the keys including main outside gate should been left in the safe that was unfortunately indoor in apartment…how can we leave the property if we can not open the outside door? The keys were left indoor in the safe… - after very long time of travelling we were waiting for the owners to open the flat (probably again misunderstanding because of the poor english communication)

Una notte a Livorno

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, l'appartamento è situato all'ultimo piano di una palazzina. Camera pulita, molto spaziosa con balcone annesso da cui si intravede il mare; bagno grande con ampia doccia. C'è uno spazio comune con cucina all'interno dell'appartamento. In strada si trova parcheggio gratutiamente e la zona è molto tranquilla. L'host Alessio è stato molto gentile.
