Clealiness and new equipment
- Very poor english communication
- All the keys including main outside gate should been left in the safe that was unfortunately indoor in apartmentâŚhow can we leave the property if we can not open the outside door? The keys were left indoor in the safeâŚ
- after very long time of travelling we were waiting for the owners to open the flat (probably again misunderstanding because of the poor english communication)
