posizione strategica vicino al porto , la cosa che mi ha impressionato e' la totale automatizzazione del check in , una volta arrivata ti mandano un codice per aprire la porta e e i documenti li mandi via whatsapp. nessuna interazione umana ..
la cosa bella e' che si puo' uscire e girare a piedi trovando parecchi bar e ristoranti .
la camera era spaziosa e confortevole
sicuramente la posizione e' in un contesto portuale, lo stabile si trova all'interno di vicoli non proprio belli a vedersi , il parcheggio e' praticamente inesistente

The apartment is located close to the Venezia Nina which is a great place to dine and nice wander around when the lights come on. A comfortable apartment with access to a shared kitchen.
The check in was a little tricky as you have to ring when you arrive to get access to the key box and we were having trouble with our phones. It was very hot in the room even with the fan.

Easy access and smooth check in.
Information wasn't very good, the extra tax could have been informed about earlier, the payment was withdrawn five days prior to arrival which is just too long in advance.
