Great location

The apartment is located close to the Venezia Nina which is a great place to dine and nice wander around when the lights come on. A comfortable apartment with access to a shared kitchen.

The check in was a little tricky as you have to ring when you arrive to get access to the key box and we were having trouble with our phones. It was very hot in the room even with the fan.

A very convenient location, simple comfort, potentially noisy over night.

Location was excellent, central to town and port and an easy bus ride from the train station.

There was no air conditioning so we slept with the windows open and it was very noisy (traffic) through the night. Could have been worse than usual as there was a festival going on.

Nice and clean and 5 minutes walk to the port for the ferry. The rain shower was amazing. Seemed newly renovated.

Not terrible but not worth what I paid

It was clean and that was about it. The communication with the property manager was good too.

The windows didn’t close and it was a very “nice” Room to stay in. I arrived at night and couldn’t see anything and there was only a nimble lock on the door, which as a solo female traveller was a little worrying. It wasn’t all bad at all, if one needs to get to the port, it’s perfect however it really not worth the money. Af most it’s a 50-60€ room. I arrived at 9pm and did the sec check in but I was told the check out was at 9 which is extremely early. I asked if I could maybe leave at 10, they said yes but I think they should Offer a later check out time.

Simple and good value for money.

It’s near the port and has good value for money. Otherwise it’s simplistic but I didn’t miss anything. There was no TV or air conditioning, but I didn’t need that in Oktober. If you want to get on a ferry or cruise ship it’s perfect, but the train station is 2km away, so look out for that if it’s important to you.

Great location for one night before boarding the ferry. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean.

Don't expect a fancy place, it's very basic and the rooms are a bit worn down. It's quite noisy, you can hear the street and your neighbors. But fine for a one night's stay.

close to the ferry - only recommend for a night stay.

very old and rundown room, abit dirty. bedroom light didn’t work. no AC or fan - wouldn’t recommend in summer the room was very hot with 28 during the day and 20 overnight. the outdoor shutters didn’t close and the street has lots of light plus lots of noise throughout the night. walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours and their bathrooms.

Disappointing

The hotel was close to the ferryboat departure to Corsica. That's all.

No reception, check-in via key box. I had to ring the neighbours to get into the building before opening the key box, which was on the first floor of the building. Room was very noisy. No toiletpaper. Bed not very comfortable.

posizione strategica vicino al porto , la cosa che mi ha impressionato e' la totale automatizzazione del check in , una volta arrivata ti mandano un codice per aprire la porta e e i documenti li mandi via whatsapp. nessuna interazione umana .. la cosa bella e' che si puo' uscire e girare a piedi trovando parecchi bar e ristoranti . la camera era spaziosa e confortevole

sicuramente la posizione e' in un contesto portuale, lo stabile si trova all'interno di vicoli non proprio belli a vedersi , il parcheggio e' praticamente inesistente

In posizione comoda vicino al porto. Buona la pulizia. Adatta per passare una notte. Comodo il meccanismo di accesso alla camera con PIN.

Peccato per il vicino di camera che non ha fatto altro che urlare al telefono. Inoltre dalla porta della sua camera usciva un importante odore di fumo. Consiglio un appendiabiti per le giacche.

Posizione molto comoda per girare la città a piedi e anche per recarsi al porto nel caso si dovesse partire la mattina presto. Spazi comuni e camera puliti e tenuti in ordine. Palazzo molto semplice.

Camera molto calda, dotata esclusivamente di un ventilatore a terra che non rinfrescava molto. Ci sarebbe stata la possibilità di aprire la finestra ma lo sconsiglio, in quanto non presenta inferiate o zanzariere.
