Really bad choice.

Very uncomfortable bed, noisy place, some pictures poorly hiding the whole on the wall. And an unpleasant host. “Breakfast” is just some pastry from the supermarket, packed in foil, left in the kitchen.

It was a very good experience for my wife and me to visit this hotel! It was difficult to find the place, because it wasn't shown exactly in the google maps searching machine. But the room and the dining room were great. The owner was very kind and helpful. Will come back to this hotel once again...

Exceptionally clean, friendly host, comfortable bed, brilliant location (1min walk from the 8R bus station that goes directly to Livorno Centrale)

No elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs if you bring big suitcases, but the accommodation is on the first floor, so it wasn't a big deal for us

Really good value for price

This is one of the cheapest places in Livorno where you can get private room with its own bathroom. Checking in is really easy so the contact with Linda is too- she’s really lovely and helpful landlord. Room and bathroom were really clean - there were also complet of towels and hairdryer, which is very important when you’re traveling with one backpack :) Kitchen is well equipped, you can use it whenever you want and there is also food with which you can prepare basic Italian breakfast - quick sweet snack with coffee.

Flat is located by bit busy street because of what it was quite loud in room.

Great aircon, silent but violent. Firm bed, good shower with every conceivable product available for use. Good kitchen facilities. Very friendly host. Great fruit and veg shop nearby, few minutes walk from Penny Supermarket.

The pillows were a trifle hard and bouncy for me, but husband had no complaints.

Really nice personal but not comfortable

The personal was really nice and helpful (I was able to check in earlier). The parking was just outside the door and free. The location was pretty great - you could reach everything by foot if you’re not too lazy. Breakfast was simple but good - esp. for that price. And they let me use the fridge and the microwave the day before!

Sadly, there was noise from the street at night, which I could hear pretty loudly. The most bothersome was the mattress tho… you could feel the hard springs laying down (from the box spring mattress) - and that sadly destroyed all comfort.

Free car parking near by (don't keep any valuables in the car) Bed were comfy and sheets clean. The whole apartment seemed clean. Also host left, coffee pods by the bed for us to use

The shower had no power at all, water trickled out. Was really noisy from both the street and the complex, seemed like there was a party and could hear perfectly. The check in process wasn't smooth, as it was done over the phone to where we even had to send our passport pictures... wasn't comfortable with doing that. Given WiFi password which connected but had no internet so didn't work at all the whole time we were there

Nähe zum Fährhafen

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unproblematisch und freundlich. Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt sogar Papierhausschuhe. Das Bett ist bequem und alles ist sauber. Der Hund kostete nichts extra. Der Fährhafen ist sehr nah. Es gibt eine Küche in der Wohnung (Die Zimmer sind innerhalb einer Wohnung, aber mit eigenem Bad), die benutzt werden darf. Dort gibt es auch eine gute Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee. Nebenan ein sehr süßes, günstiges und leckeres kleines Lokal mit freundlicher Bedienung. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist nicht weit, ca. 15 Minuten, wenn man zügig geht.

Frühstück verdient den Namen nicht :-), es sind quasi nur in Folie verpackte Sachen, aber das ist okay, die Übernachtung war nicht teuer. Es ist leider sehr laut. Die Straße direkt unter dem Fenster ist sehr befahren. Ich musste am Abend bei Ankunft mehrmals die Straße auf und ab fahren, bis ich einen Parkplatz fand.

Prima verblijf op weg naar de Ferrie.

Dicht bij de haven voor de ferrie naar Sardinie . Een geweldig restaurant op 15 meter van ons verblijf. Prima bed en badkamer. De sleuteloverdracht ging soepel en vlekkeloos. Snel antwoord van Linda.

Het ontbijt was prefab. Daar houden wij niet van, maar dat was eigenlijk alles

Die Klimaanlage war unerlässlich, es gab Snacks in der Küche, das Bett war bequem, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Für eine Nacht ist das Zimmer super.

Es gab im Vorfeld viele Spam-Nachrichten, da der Account der Vermieterin gehackt wurde.

Vicino al porto, ma parcheggio difficoltoso

Camera pulita, letto matrimoniale (non due singoli uniti) comodissimo e bagno in camera. Colazione abbondante di dolce e salato (salumi e formaggi in frigo nella cucina). Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi presenti. Insonorizzazione ottima, non si sente assolutamente niente né dall'altra camera adiacente né fuori, nonostante la zona dove si trova il b&b sia molto centrale e trafficata, in zona porto. Abbiamo scelto la struttura proprio come punto di appoggio per essere vicini all'imbarco portuale il giorno dopo.

Seppur la struttura si trova molto vicino al porto e risulta comoda come appoggio per le partenze con la nave, la zona non consente un parcheggio agevole dell'auto in strada. La struttura non dispone di parcheggio, e per strada è pieno zeppo di divieti di sosta. Si riesce comunque a parcheggiare in una delle stradine vicine, e questo è l'unico neo che abbiamo riscontrato principalmente...

Host disponibilissima e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie! Posizione ottima per andar all’imbarco dei traghetti! 15’ a piedi per la sera nella Venezia di Livorno! Camera silenziosa chiudendo le finestre.

Beter dan verwacht met goede bedden.

Perfecte locatie dichtbij de boot naar Corsica. Heerlijke kamers en bedden met airco en prima ontbijt. Voor een groep van vijf is de B&B ideaal, wij hadden uiteindelijk het hele appartement voor ons zelf. Linda helpt en ondersteunt goed via whatsapp.

In de ochtend een beetje last van de weg. Slapen kan prima met eventueel klaarliggende oordopjes.

Una notte a Livorno

Camera pulita, uso cucina, parcheggio in strada libero e vicino e soprattutto la disponibilità e gentilezza di Linda.

Materasso e cuscini molto duri e scomodi, area cucina e colazione senza aria condizionata, antenna TV che non funzionava, rumorosità dovuta alla strada sottostante molto trafficata che non ha permesso un riposo tranquillo.
