The room was pretty basic, but clean and well maintained with everything you could need. TV was pretty small and limited on channels, but fine for my short stay. Walking distance to markets and restaurants. Breakfast that was provided at the local patisserie was very good with Very friendly service. Very peaceful location. Host was very pleasant and communicated well.
A washcloth and a bigger TV with more viewing options.

A good option for a stop-over in Livorno, if you need to catch the ferry. Paid parking in a secure parking garage 2 minutes across the road. Nice and stylish rooms in an old building, very atmospheric. Very nice staff, flexible check-in, good value for money.
The breakfast option is a small coffee and one croissant in a cafe down the road, which is redeemable via a token. It's OK but nothing more. Bathroom wasn't super clean, only half a roll of toilet paper. Lots of Architecture and Fashion magazines around but would have preferred more toilet paper xD

The area is beautiful! A villa in the middle of a forest!
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress thin and hard and too short for tall people
