Posto pulitissimo e accogliente. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto ospitale. Mia figlia e io ci siamo sentite a casa e ben accolte. Molto comodo il parcheggio libero vicino alla casa. Piacevolissime chiacchiere mentre facevo colazione con la ciambella fatta in casa mentre lei faceva la pasta frolla per una nuova torta. Grande serenità. Se ricapiterò a Livorno tornerò qua con piacere

Posizione e cordialità della padrona di casa!
Bagni non privati e servizi comunque in “comune” con la proprietaria di casa che vive nell’appartamento.

Posizione comoda e accoglienza molto gentile da parte della proprietaria di casa.
Le due camere prenotate erano col bagno in condivisione. Le porte a vetri, anche se oscurati, non consentono molta privacy. Il bagno non era attrezzato con dei kit di cortesia. Alcuni asciugamani e il copridivano della camera non erano puliti. 10 euro a camera per la pulizia avendoci dormito solo una notte mi sono parsi un po' eccessivi. La struttura non è attrezzata per la colazione.
