Appartement suffisamment grand et relativement bien équipé (même si les meubles font un peu vieillots, la cuisine possède une vitrocéramique quasi neuve un frigo et un petit congélateur). Plage à 50m sans avoir de routes à traverser.
Pas forcément facile de localiser la réception au premier abord car il y a deux voire trois complexes hôteliers qui ont l'air de se chevaucher et de partager certaines infrastructures. Le bâtiment mériterait une petite rénovation et l'ascenseur, contrairement à ce qui a été annoncé, doit être en panne depuis longtemps. Comme les sols des appartements sont en carrelage, mettre un tampon autocollant sous les pieds des chaises éviterait d'entendre les chaises crisser dans tout l'immeuble à chaque fous que quelqu'un tire ou pousse une chaise, ce qui est désagréable en pleine nuit. Hormis ceci c'était relativement silencieux (en septembre).

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einen abgeschlossenen Gelände und hat einen direkten Strandzugang. Wer nicht im Meer baden möchte, kann den schönen Pool nutzen.
Dieser ist wirklich sauber, es stehen ausreichen viele Liegen am Pool und er wird durchgehend von einem Bademeister beaufsichtigt.
In der Umgebung und am Strand gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Snack-Bars die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Pisa oder Livorno
Die Rezeption war wirklich etwas schwer zu finden, man mit dem Auto quasi erst am eigentlichen Gelände vorbeifahren muss.
Beim check out (bis 10:00 Uhr) war das Büro bereits kurz vor 10:00 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt.
Unbedingt beachten, dass in den meisten Restaurants zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr kein Essen ausgegeben wird.
