The hotel is near many eateries and suite is extremely spacious and clean. What made the hotel stand out was its staff - Camilla, who replied me quickly through Booking.com when I submitted a request. Very rarely do I get such a speedy response and resolution from other hotels.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. Clean, spacious, well furnished rooms with incredible facilities in the hotel. The location is in the most beautiful part of Livorno.

Location god for browsing city, old fortress etc. Rather distant from the Grimaldi line dock and the main railway station; excellent restaurants nearby

This is a really great place to stay, everything was perfect for us. The location is superb, there are lots of good restaurants (e.g. „Fosso Bono“ makes an incredible red pesto) and bars/pubs nearby, and you can quickly get to the city or the harbor.
And then there are those little extras that make a stay special. I don't mean the great courtyard, the beautiful pool with sauna, the gym, or the separate work room. You can get water or refill bottles for free at any time, there are lots of bikes available for free use, and there are umbrellas hanging at the entrance that you can also use. In addition, the ladies at the reception are all very friendly and helpful. Of course, everything is clean and well maintained.
The external parking lot is also no problem, it's only a 5-minute walk away. We can recommend the cheaper one, it was perfectly adequate.
