Amazing location in d town quick walk from bus station family run and have superb restaurant downstairs Terrace is amazing and family super nice and helpful very spacious great air con beautifully appointed

The location was amazing, on the walls of Kotor with a fantastic view on the fortress and the church. A few meters away from the cats square. Beautiful courtyard too. Maxim and his staff were very welcoming and allowed us to store some luggage one day ahead.

I was amazed as this property is in an old part of the town! It is amazing: the view, the feeling when in the morning you are opening windows and it is silent only some bells ringing, it is amazing! And when you are going out and you are already in the center of the old town. The room fully corresponds to the photos. Thank you!

The room was spacious and the property was well located in the old town. It had great aircon and the bed was big.

We didn’t get any towel changes and we stayed for 5 nights, there was no offer of fresh linen and considering there was a kitchenette no rubbish was removed at all from the room (or we weren’t told where to dispose of rubbish) The area is really noisy at night (one night at the venue was a club night which we weren’t told beforehand only when we checked in, this went on until 1am) Also just to note passports and tourist tax were mentioned at the beginning before we checked in however nothing was ever taken/ charged and our passports weren’t scanned. Luckily we went to the tourist office and they sorted this for us. But this was confusing as your host is supposed to register you in and when we got to the tourist office they couldn’t get in touch with our hosts to get their information. Checkout time is down as 7am - 11am however when we went down at 8am there was no one there / nowhere to drop the keys and the doors and gates were locked. We were told to come back down at 11am not good if you have a flight to catch.
