Fantastic location in the old town

The location was amazing, on the walls of Kotor with a fantastic view on the fortress and the church. A few meters away from the cats square. Beautiful courtyard too. Maxim and his staff were very welcoming and allowed us to store some luggage one day ahead.

Location is great, but unfortunately it was the only thing that we liked.

The room was dirty and the furniture was quite old. We saw some ants in the kitchen area and a cockroach next to bathroom. And there is a big issue related to air conditioning system. It's very hot upstairs when AC is on so you can't sleep, but if you turn it off, it will be very cold downstairs, since the building itself is old. And there was a noise for 2 nights straight from the neighbourhood.

I was amazed as this property is in an old part of the town! It is amazing: the view, the feeling when in the morning you are opening windows and it is silent only some bells ringing, it is amazing! And when you are going out and you are already in the center of the old town. The room fully corresponds to the photos. Thank you!

Hostess was very friendly. Lovely appartment located within the old town, perfect for exploring Kotor. We enjoyed the gentle hum of the old town bustle in the morning and night, it gives the place a real atmosphere.

The accommodations were very comfortable and in a convenient location in the old town. Definintely ask for the room with the spa tub - it's large enough to fit two people.

While the location is quite central, there is a lot of late night excitement and merrymaking immediately in front of the door way. It's a happening spot which can be fun. But, it was a bit loud at bedtime.

Good location in the old town, the rooms were really nice and clean.

Toilet seat wasn't secured properly, one of the shower doors wasn't attached correctly and was half of the hinges, and the sink in the bathroom wouldn't release the plug so was left full of water

we liked the location very much. apartment is placed in the heart of the old town Kotor so everything was pretty close and we didn’t have to use the taxi that much unless we wanted to get to the beach that is further from the town

we didn’t enjoy the fact that it was very hot in the apartment considering it was mid July and there is only one air conditioner. moreover, we were slightly disappointed with the fact that there was only one bathroom in the apartment that was meant to host 6 people. also, 2 of us had to sleep in the living room on the quite uncomfortable sofa bed. there was no balcony and the apartment was situated in the attic so it was not very pleasant to stay there for long. everything besides that was pretty good.

If you don‘t want to sleep, you should book this apartment. Loud techno music from a club round the corner till 1 am… not even ear plugs help. Pity, because the rest would be nice.

Loction above bar is a problem. Various improvements required.

located above a very noisy bar with loud music, talking, shouting into the early hours. Ear plugs are essential in order to sleep. Bed was located in a corner so one person had to clamber over the other to get out. Impossible to make the bed so sheets kept rucking up. Limited basic equipment: no saucepans, just 4 wine glasses and 4 tumblers. No oven gloves, no baking tray (for heating pizza or croissants). Shared terrace and white cat (vicious) kept trying to enter the apartment. Bit my wife and scratched her ankle.

Everything was perfect, nice big, clean, comfortable room with all necessary amenities, perfect location in the very heart of Kotor old town. Special thanks to the girls from the bar downstairs, they were super friendly and helpful with all the requests, advises where to go and what to see. All in all a perfect stay. For every recommendation.

Amazing stay right in the old town

The building itself is really charming, with stone walls, right in the center of the old town. Our room was great, the air conditioning was working properly, the bathroom was very big and though the party in the bar next door went on for quite a while we couldn’t hear a thing as our room was located on the backside. The hotel has their own bar with live music! And it is a very nice place to have breakfast. Svetlana is very kind and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

apartment is awesome! combination of old authentic stone and wood makes it just gorgeous. on the other hand, paintings are clear and light, so the place is very friendly and relaxing. the view on mountains is breathtaking!

a strong smell of cat's pee on stairs is a little bit frustrating, but it doesn't go inside the apartment

Хорошее расположение. Апартаменты вполне в неплохом состоянии.

К сожалению собственники забыли, что мы приезжаем, хотя мы оплатили проживание еще за месяц до заезда. Пришлось долго выяснять по телефону, кто мы такие, и почему мы хотим сегодня заехать. Соответственно номер не был готов ко времени заселения, его долго убирали. При этом даже не очистили мусорное ведро от предыдущих жильцов. На полу грязь и волосы.

Toller Aufenthalt, schöne Lage und die Terrasse als Highlight

Total süßes Apartment, toll eingerichtet und der Platz ist sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Terrasse mit Zugang direkt auf die Mauer von Kotors Altstadt, war ein richtiges Highlight. Sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Für die Haustür braucht man ein Code, da haben wir aber super schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen und die Leute auf dem Restaurant direkt gegenüber haben uns auch dabei unterstützt. Die haben wir dann jeden Tag gesehen und würden super lieb immer begrüßt.
