Beautiful home and sunroom where we ate breakfast. Our breakfast choices covered the entire dining room table!

It could have been a bit closer to town so we could have walked from the train/bus station. We had to take a taxi. If you have a car, it would have be a non-issue.

The best in town!!!

The hosts are amazing, and we felt very welcomed. The room was very cute and everything was SPOTLESS which we were amazed! The breakfast cannot be better just like other guests mentioned.

The soundproofing can definitely be a bit better, we could hear guests upstairs moving and walking and SNORING. But we understand the host cannot do much about people snore. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Excellent hosts, location, room, breakfast.

The room and whole house was gleaming ! The breakfast was superb. The host also had protein bars, fruit and water for guests to avail of when leaving so they had a little snack for the day. The host kindly dropped us to a wedding venue close by so we could leave our car.

Top class with a great host

A great host, we were on a driving tour around Ireland and got some great tips from someone who is a champion for the area. where to go and the route to go to see all the best places. Best breakfast of the weeks sightseeing holiday Lovely room with a lovely garden. A brew and snack as soon as we arrived Fabulous

Beautiful property. Afternoon tea provided on arrival, hot drink & biscuits & cake provided & had on the terrace in the back garden. Room large and comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast - choice of several dishes & served in the conservatory. Excellent value for money, highly recommend & would stay here again

Memorable and a very special beginning to our vacation.

Everything was perfect!! My daughter and I enjoyed a 4 day stay and were so pleased from the moment we drove through their gate. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. The home is absolutely lovely, spotless and comfortable in every way. The proprietor’s are so welcoming and we enjoyed getting to know them. Breakfast was well done!! We enjoyed the seating area looking into their yard with lots of flowers. The meal selection, huge fresh fruit selection and the service made us feel special. A great start to each morning! Our room was well-appointed with private bathroom, comfortable beds and chairs to relaxed in. We loved everything about their beautiful home, how sweet and inviting they were…like family, and the location was 4 Stars!!

Wonderfull stay with gracious hosts in a great location!

Location was excellent for discovering the Dingly peninsula and the host was so good at suggesting places to visit while serving a wonder home cooked breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean.

I seem to remember a noisy toilet but that was so minor.

Excellent B&B. Friendly and accommodating host. They allowed us to check in late when we got significantly delayed. The accommodation itself is amazing, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was too good. When we were about to leave, they gave us some useful tips for our onward journey.

Simply the best! What a superb experience, Would give an 11 out of 10 if we could.

This B&B was simply superb, from the very warm welcome (with tea and cakes) to the lovely comfortable room to the host taking us into town for our evenng meal. I think this is the best B&B we have ever stayed in for hospitality and quality! Super clean, very comfortable and very tranquil atmosphere and a superb breakfast with fresh fruit. We were even given bottles of water and cereal bars to take on our travels as snacks when we checked out.

There is nothing not to like at Ashville House. Just fantastic!

Great attention to detail

We were staying for a wedding in a neighbouring hotel. When we arrived, they offered to drive us to the hotel so we wouldn't need to order a taxi. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Very tight parking, since it seemed many other guests had cars, and there was a lot of "shoe-horning" of those cars, especially since many (like me) went into town for dinner. Also, early in the morning I was awakened by guests in the room above me talking, walking around, and just using their own space. Not ideal, but beyond the control of the owner.

Fabulous Location Beautifully presented Bed and Breakfast Lovely bedroom room with a comfortable bed good sized bathroom , sitting room downstairs. is perfect. Delicious breakfast Parking onsite. The loveliest and kindest hosts you will ever meet. They couldn't go out of their way to help. It is hard for one to check out once checked in. Beautiful dining room with a stunning garden view. The roses were in bloom.

A fantastic climax to our 10 day tour of Cork & Kerry.

We loved absolutely everything about Ashville House. This B&B is set in a very peaceful area, yet very convenient for restaurants etc. in Tralee. The hosts, Tim & Rose, went out of they way to make our stay wonderful and relaxing. The room was spacious, spotless and really comfortable; and the breakfast experience was exceptional with a huge choice of freshly prepared food, plus an amazing selection of breads, cereals, fruit, cheeses etc. Everything in the house is absolutely top quality - from the plush lounge, to the breakfast room cutlery! A fantastic climax to our 10 day tour of Cork and Kerry. Thank you.
