Okey hotel for one night, but I would probably choose different hotel next time..

Cheap hotelrooms compared to some other in the vicinity. Scambled eggs made on spot which is nice and overall breakfast was very nice. Excellent parking if you arrive by car or motorbike. Fresh air since the hotel situated on the polish countryside. A little charming hearing a rooster in the morning if you like staying on the countryside.,

A little difficult finding the hotel on the GPS since it is not called the same on Booking and on Google Maps. Ordered a non-smoking room beforehand, but received a room that was stinking with smoke upon arrival. Not very good customer service. Got a different room, which was lacking blinds in the rooftop windows and woke me up very early in the morning. No elevator, so if you are disabled or are carrying heavy luggage I would pick another hotel. Staffs english is very poor with a lot of misunderstanding. To get to the reception you have to go out of the hotel and into a another building, and that goes for the breakfast too.

I liked the beds, very comfortable. The room was clean, warm and the breakfast was great.

They had a weeding booked and we couldn't use the restaurant to eat. The lady at the restaurant was very rude. We had to walk 1 km to find a pizzeria on the side of the road. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Some drunk people were shouting and listening to loud music in the room next to us. They were very aggressive. Overall, the place is not what I expected when I saw the website.

The animals in the zoo amazed both kids and adults

The property is pretty clean, quiet, and the zoo is absolutely amazing. Decent breakfast. No troubles with the hot water, comfortable beds. A tea-kettle in the room and the heating in september ( !!) was a very pleasant bonus! (It was pretty cold at nights outside then)

Staff don't speak English at all. We were lucky to be able to speak Ukrainian and find some Ukrainian 'interpreters' there. It looked like the reception was working quite restricted hours. It was often hard to find anybody to ask for an extra blanket or something else. Restaurant also work very restricted hours. No hairdryer in the rooms. We had 2 rooms booked: standard double that was neat and cosy, but we were a bit disappointed about the other room which was "family room" and way more expensive, but in reality looked like a hostel - just small room with 3 beds. So we didn't understand the difference between just regular "triple room" and more expensive "family room".

Ciemno wszędzie jak i na zewnątrz tak i w środku słabe oświetlenie . Zwierzęta pozamykane w klatkach 😢. W nocy obudzili nas ludzie którzy chcieli wejść do naszego pokoju twierdząc że mają zarezerwowany pokój 106 okazało się że ich pokuj jest w innym obiekcie . Z tego wynika że jest Zła komunikacja między właścicielem a gościem.

Nic, brudne i zaniedbane miejsce

To jedno z najgorszych miejsc do nocowania. Pokoje są brudne i zaniedbane – ściany porysowane, poplamione, listwy przypodłogowe zniszczone lub odchodzące od ścian, w narożnikach kurz i brud. Lodówka z zewnątrz brudna i obdrapana. Widać wyraźny brak dbałości o czystość i stan techniczny. Łóżko podwójne miało zbyt wąskie prześcieradło, które nie dawało się podwinąć – w nocy przesuwało się, przez co rano spałam gołym ciałem na materacu. To jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne. W łazience toaleta była chwiejna, a szczotka klozetowa miała żółte przebarwienia od brudu. Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca, które od dawna nie było porządnie sprzątane ani remontowane. Zdjęcia mówią same za siebie – zdecydowanie odradzam nocleg w tym miejscu

Pobyt nasz związany był z uczestnictwem w szkoleniu z ratownictwa morskiego.

Korzystna lokalizacja dużo wolnej przestrzeni, fajne zoo. Spory parking, uprzejma obsługa, szybka reakcja .na zgłaszane problemy.

Słabe światło w pokoju i łazience, brak światła nad lustrem. Duża łazienka a umywalka nieproporcjonalnie mała trudno się umyć. Drzwi do łazienki zwichrowane
