The room was cleaned, kitchen utensils were enough A small diswasher is a good idea and it was working well.

The bed was not confortable, when we checked under we saw that the righ corner is out of its joint. Secondly there was not a foot towel in the bath .

Apartment with good potential after few adjustments

The location is really good - close to Park Zeromskiego, a short walk from Wały Chrobrego. The street parking near by is free. The flat was clean and bright. The shower is big, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher available. The room key is stored in a lockbox, very convenient. Good services around - there's a Społem supermarket and Biedronka near by, and a pharmacy open 8-24. Downstairs there's a coffee shop, and a restaurant.

We got less than a roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. No shower gel/shampoo and towel/foot mat for the shower. Our duvet for the double bed was really small, almost like a single one. The walls and doors are very thin so you can hear the noise of people leaving and coming back (even though our neighbors were not loud or shouting). In the kitchen - little cutlery available and no tea/coffee. Stained duvets and mattress. Not the apartment's fault but a warning to fellow allergic to pollen folks - there's a ton of it flying around from the park right to the room ;)

In short, the sofa needs to be replaced specifically in our room. It is unpleasant that the bedding

Location: not far from historical places, park, shop. everything corresponds to the description.

When we moved in, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The sofa in the lounge was very sad: old, cracked, covered with two thin gray blankets. When booking, I wrote that I have two children. Instead, the bed was made for one person. Pillows on the sofa are also a desire for the best. This made the stay very frustrating from the start. sitting on such a sofa is simply disgusting. I took photos and wrote to the person in charge. Actually, this issue was resolved at my request. They brought the bed, which I spread on the sofa.

It was not bad value for money and more or less patient and calm except trams noise. The location is quite good (very close to the center and river). Wide-space flat. The kitchen was clean

Dust in the room, dirty curtains, mold in the bathroom, a bit old-fashioned style and furniture. It was pretty cold after the check-in because windows were open and the heating was off (we turned it on and it became better)

firstly: the ad says that the apartment is for non-smokers, I don’t smoke and as soon as I entered the apartment there was a very strong smell of tobacco. Secondly: the furniture is in poor condition, the sofa in the living room is already all cracked, there are no sheets in the bedroom ,in the closet there are incomprehensible and not very clean blankets, as well as very dirty white tulle in spots. Very thin walls, all the noise from neighboring apartments and from the street is heard in the apartment. The only plus is the big TV in the room.

The apartment is very spacious and is in a wonderful location.

it’s a small issue, but the bathroom had a horrible smell. it smelled as if no one was in the apartment for awhile and the water in the pipes had been sitting there for a long time. I just had to run the water for a little while, to flush everything out. It has nothing to do with cleanliness. The apartment was very clean.

Very big apartment one room, clean and new. Kitchen very well prepared, kettle, fridge, but no wash machine.

Being close to road with high traffic is not very quiet. Second floor, balcony, nice. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours speaking inside, toilet water flush or water running on the pipes. Far from centre but close to a big park. Overall not bad.

Great destination - close to city center, great coffee place and central park No problem with parking - free parking just right next to the building. Big and modern apartment, with very comfortable couch.

The bed was very squeky, creaked with every move and mattress in poor condition. The apartment building has very thin walls, you can hear everything loud and clear, either in or outside the building.

Good location, but pretty no frills

Really good location. Not too hard to find on-street parking around. Pretty good instructions sent by the owner on the day of check-in.

The walls in the building must be very thin - you can clearly hear people in other rooms. Unfortunately, on one night someone was moving out loudly at 4 am, and on another night a couple was shouting at each other, so we couldn't get much sleep. Only one towel per person in the room. No iron. I had to reconnect the router to make WiFi work (must have been reset by previous guests and not checked by the management). Bring your own toiletries too.

The bed was the main problem other than that you can't sleep with the windows open unless you want to be woken early every morning by the trams. It is big but lacks the everyday things washing machine hairdryer and iron..........and also ever time you have a shower you spend 15 minutes mopping up the floor because there is no shower curtain

Plusy: - dobry opis, jak wejść do środka (dzięki temu wejście było sprawne), w dodatku wiadomość z nim przyszła już dzień przed rozpoczęciem pobytu - spory metraż (jak na taki nocleg) - duże łóżko - spora łazienka i prysznic - spory aneks kuchenny (czajnik i płyta do gotowania działały) - otwieracz do wina (ale brak kieliszków) - wi-fi działało (przy takich brakach liczę to jako plus, choć powinno być standardem, że opisane udogodnienia działają)

Minusy: - doba hotelowa do 10:00 (czemu tak wcześnie?), od 6:00 w poniedziałek świdrowanie, tłuczenie, wiercenie - darmowa pobudka w pakiecie? Żenada. Skoro obok jest budowa uprzedza się o tym gościa, by miał wybór czy mimo to chce wykupić pobyt i rekompensuje się mu dyskomfort. - megapajęczyny i pająk na suficie w aneksie kuchennym (!!!) - brak mikrofali! - zastawa "co miałem, to dałem" zamiast skompletowanej - brak kieliszków - lodówka do włączenia samemu (po wejściu do kawalerki drzwiczki otwarte i nie chłodziła; zero instrukcji, co zrobić, żeby działała) - brak blaszki w piekarniku - na dwie osoby przygotowane były dwa duże ręczniki i jeden mały (naprawdę! Po jednej stronie łóżka leżał stosik z dwoma, a po drugiej z tylko jednym!) - zniszczone wezgłowie łóżka (wyglądało to okropnie), wrak lampy stojącej walnięty w kącie, brudny blat w aneksie kuchennym - łóżko zapadało się do środka - z prysznica wylewała się woda - mopik już wisiał na grzejniku ;) ale zmywanie wody mopem za każdym razem to nie jest rozwiązanie na stałe (ani komfortowe dla gościa!) - widok z balkonu na śmietniki (może być dla kogoś minusem), na balkonie brak choćby jednego krzesła, ale był osiatkowany (po co? Przyjeżdżają tu tak mocno pić, że ktoś może wypaść z pierwszego piętra?) - z dworca PKP i centrum pieszo ok. 30 minut drogi (z Wałów Chrobrego trasa przez dość zapuszczony park, więc w nocy lepiej nie wracać samemu - ogólnie nie wyglądało to na bezpieczną okolicę) - brak możliwości przechowania bagażu
