Great Value clean and convenient

Sadly just the spiral staircase felt very unstable :(

Disappointing
The apartment was very dark, dor to the toilet was direct to the kitchen and was a slide door. You had no privacy there. The apartment needs renovation. Table was damaged, walls needed paint and cleaning. And master bed was awful.

Very poor
Pictures show something else i did experience. First day it was very cold in the place, bathroom next to the kitchen is a terrible idea, one worn out pillow in bedroom is horrible, every time You run water either in shower or kitchen start a terrible smell from the drains. Washing machine destroyed my clothes a lot of rubbish in it got stuck to my clothing. Location not good at all a lot of drinking people in the gates of neighbored apartments, Police coming to the surroundings literally every second day due to the noise and drinking. definitely not a place for family or any other to stay.

Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Ciepło wewnątrz. Bardzo kontaktowa, pomocna i sympatyczna Pani gospodarz.
Drobne niedogodność: Dość strome i słabo ocieplone wejście główne. Daleko do źródła ciepłej wody powoduje, że trzeba trochę poczekać na pojawienie się jej zlewając zimną z rur. Plastikowy czajnik słabej jakości.

Jestem totalnie zadowolona z pobytu. Apartament jest prześliczny, dopracowany w każdym detalu i bardzo komfortowy. Wyposażenie kuchni na najwyższym poziomie, a łóżko niezwykle wygodne. Miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Łazienka to normalnie cudowna

Naprawdę dobrze spędzone trzy dni w Szczecinie i dzień w Berlinie.
Cisza, możliwość parkowania auta przy obiekcie. Czystość, pełne ogólne wyposażenie /kuchnia, łazienka, pokój/ oraz znakomity kontakt z rezydentem. Na marginesie dodam tylko , że mały kłopot spowodował brak jakiegoś małego turystycznego żelazka. Jest to „klimatyczna dziupla” na poddaszu, ale nie dla ludzi wysokich z uwagi na skośne ściany oraz nie dla osób z jakąś niepełnosprawnością ruchową z uwagi na wąskie bardzo strome ślimakowe schody. Również nie dla osób z małymi dziećmi ponieważ strome schody nie są zabezpieczone od strony pokoju. To nie wady, ale lepiej, aby taka informacja istniała, aby zapobiec rozczarowaniu lub ewentualnym nieporozumieniom. Nie mniej jednak, dla świadomego klienta, miejsce bardzo fajne, spełniające wszelkie standardy na wysokim poziomie w przystępnej cenie.

Bardzo fajne i wygodne mieszkanie. Gospodarze uczynni i pomocni. Lokalizacja poza Centrum miasta ale dojazd samochodem i komunikacją miejską bardzo sprawny.
