Apartament Emilii Plater IV - Unique Apartments

Comfortable, lovely and cozy apartment with balcony. Clean and calm interior design. Fully functional heating. Kitchen equipped not for a snob chef, but very, very usable indeed. Everything one needs in the vicinity of the building, a.i. hardware/everything "ma and pa" store, parking, convenience store, beauty salons, even got a glimpse of farmacy nearby if I'm not mistaken. Never payed so low for taxis before when staying in Szczecin, because every tourist or not tourist attraction seemed to be halfway of the usual distance. The whole building is very well designed, heated and clean. Neighbours are polite, respectful and quiet.

Building of the apartment is settling heavily, so all doors need adjustments, to be 100% functional a.i. doorframe of the bathroom is falling off the wall and all doors, besides entrance, do not close properly. Curtain rods are misaligned, so curtains are snagging in the rod connection and must be reached with the help of a mop handle. Screws in chairs, dining table and bed must be tightened. Shower wall and other moisture barriers (silicone etc) are loose, so wet room may cause issues for the owner. I would recommend dealing with it ASAP, so current mild moisture damage won't progress any further.
