I don't recommend it to anyone.

close to the port captain's office

The electric stove doesn't work, there are no instructions. When I checked into the room, I found a stranger who had used all the clean linens because he had mixed up the booking dates, meaning the door codes don't change with each booking. The shower is inaccessible; it's small. It's cold. There are no sheets at all.

Well located and fair price.

Well-located place, easy access. Close to tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants.

In the area where the bed is located, I smelled dust; I couldn't tell if it was from the bedding or the floor. A little attention and cleaning in that space will make all the difference.

Ultimate disappointment

Location was decent, not far from the center of the town

We were very disappointed with the the apartment. The flat was not clean, especially the bed sheets which were full of someone else´s hair. It was a bit disgusting to sleep in it like that. Second of all the apartment looked completely differently from the images. They have several apartments at the location and images in the ad are of the big and sunny ones. However, the other ones are a lot smaller, darker and more depressing. it was not a nice atmosphere there. The table and the amount of space in the flat was also a lot less than on the pictures. I can´t recommend it, at all, unfortunately

About view from windows: it’s first floor, that’s why it’s any beautiful view. So, I think, it’s high price (43€) for this Apartment

Good solution for short stay close to the center.

Good value for money! Close to the center, by the river, automatic check-in, free coffee, and fruits. The studio is small but well-equipped. Space is used very smartly. Sleeping is comfortable but the mattress could be too soft for someone.

No communication except for sending check-in information. I tried the booking chat and SMS and nobody answered. There is no "On-site parking". You have to park on the street around the building. It is paid during working days. We had a studio with a river view, but it wasn't a direct view. Apartments are on the ground floor and behind the window is a 4-line road with trams.

Nice size for a one night stay. Nice view over the river and the amusement park during the night. Excellent sound proofing windows to block out the road noise.

It was extremely hot. During a hot summers day, the temperature in the loft bed is way above what is to be considered humane. There is a ceiling fan, but that is located two meters beside your bed and serves no purpose since you basically are at the same level as it is. And the coldest you could get in the shower was almost steaming hot.

small, cozy room in a very run-down building. it’s ok if you desperately need to save money, otherwise I wouldn’t recomm

- cozy - easy check-in

- smelly bathroom (probably old pipes) - worn-out, soft mattress: you would roll to the middle - the building is very old and doesn’t look appealing from the outside - very small towels - kitchen a little under-equipped (not a single cutting knife) - we luckily booked without breakfast, but I really wonder where it would be served since there was no room except for the four small apartments

Nice apartment with reasonable price in Szczecin

The room is located nice, not far from center near beautiful rotonda view in Szczecin. There was easy non contact check in and check out. I felt comfortable on the bed on the 2d floor, besides i expected worse with ladder) The room was clean, internet and TV worked, also there was possibility to add heating and drink free coffee in common corridor. Also there is nice small kitchen, it looked nice, but i did not use it.

As a Solo girl traveler i would not recommend to go by foot to the apartment closer to evening time from the Center side.There were not much people around and the way was not comfortable for walking, and felt scary a bit. Its better to use tram, which stop 2 minutes from door or taxi. Also the coach in the room looks very used with old marks and it was not comfortable to sit there.

Feel yourself at home.

That's great that you just come to the place, grab a cup of coffee and you have to talk to no one. The place is small but it has everything you need. I like the privacy and the comfort so that you actually feel yourself at home. The location ist also very good I like that I was close to the park and to the river and at the same time, it's a walking distance from the major tourist attractions.

The backyard is boring and empty only with trash containers. It would be nice to place there are a plant and a bench for smoker's.

The size of the lids did not match the size of the pan - it was inconvenient to cook. In the room 1D temperature of water in the shower was quite cold.

The apartment is located next to the Oder River with a very nice view. There is a communal coffee machine in the room, which is a very good experience.

The temperature of the hot water in the room was too low, I had a fever after taking a shower on the first day because the water temperature was too low. The water temperature is suitable for spring or summer, not winter.

not a good choice if you want to sleep at night

Location, free coffee and apples

way too small for a group of 3. at night you could hear the music from the open air club in the island in front of the flat as if you were partying yourself. no chance to keep the windows open because of the noise, and it was way too hot with closed windows. as a result we hardly slept. when the music stopped, cars and trams started dashing by and as the flat is right on the ground floor, really no good choice to get a good night’s sleep.
