Great family holiday

We had a great family holiday at Villa Joe in August 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Everywhere in the villa was spotlessly clean. The outside eating area was perfect for a lazy lunch and for long evenings eating and chatting. The pool area was large enough for all the guests to relax comfortably with enough sunbeds for all. The kitchen was very well equipped, and easy to prepare meals for a large group. The host was lovely, she lives in the area, and responded immediately to any questions or issues.

Exceptional

I stayed at Villa Joe with a group of friends for a 3 night break. Villa Joe is a beautiful property. The facilities are outstanding & it is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Also the kitchen is very well stocked. Amila is an exceptional host & goes above & beyond. Nothing was a problem. Our only regret was we could not stay longer.

A truly memorable holiday in an amazing property with wonderful hosts.

The property was superb with fantastic facilities. Our hosts were brilliant, and could not of been more helpful with there advice on where to eat or running us to the supermarket etc. Our family can't rate this property any higher and would recommend it to anyone wishing for a wonderful , peaceful and truly memorable holiday.

Dalmatian Dream Villa

This villa is awesome. Located a stone throw from the airport (literally) you don’t notice as you are sucked into a dream location. Overlooking vines, orchards and the sea in the distance the villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped for the modern traveller. Everything was catered for, even a good stock of local exclusive wines (which were amazing). When the kids were bored of the pool, they watched cartoons in the hot tub, used the bikes (provided free) or chilled on the terrace. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable, the kitchen modern and plenty of large dining rooms inside and out for all 12 of us to eat local meats cooked on the bbq in the outdoor kitchen. Apart from the stunning location, 5 minutes from a supermarket and bar, 10 minutes to the lively Cavtat and an hour on a water taxi to Dubrovnik, the best thing was the amazing service provided by our hosts. They were the best and even dropped a bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday. One in a million.

Hat nichts direkt mit der Villa zu tun. Es waren die Parkgebühren in Dubrovnik, selbst, die wir für ziemlich hoch hielten und somit auch Abstand von Öfteren Besuchen dort genommen haben

Magiskt ställe!

Villan var helt magisk. Vi var där med vår familj och allas respektive totalt 10 + bebis. Värden Amila var helt grym och väldigt hjälpsam med minsta lilla. Allt som man behövde fanns där. Tog 7 min att gå från flygplatsen. Vi stördes inte av flygplanen. 3 min med bil fanns mataffär och ett lunchställe som erbjöd take away. Väldigt gott och mycket att välja på. 6 min med bil/Bolt till Cavtat. Såå mysig liten by. Huset var även väldigt bra planerat. Och perfekt AC😅 Vi kommer komma tillbaka hit igen, 😎
