Lovely views from a great apartment

We had a fabulous apartment with a private balcony with sea views and great sunsets. The apartment is very clean and well maintained by the owner who met us on arrival and showed us around. Great local bakery nearby

The hill leading up to the apartment was steep and our car was struggling to climb up the hill so we decided to go on foot and carry all our stuff.

Beautiful, clean and lovely apartment with a wonderful view.

Very lovely apartment. Amazing view from the balcony to the sea and city. Everything I needed was close (shop, bakery, bus stop), the beach is a bit more far but not too far. The only thing you have to consider - there is a lot of climbing stairs, but I liked that too, because I need some training.

Maybe I am not clever enough, but I couldn't get a picture on TV (it said - no signal).

comfortable stay with a nice view

very friendly owner of the house. The appartment is clean and not old. We wanted some additional things, so got after asking. The owner let us stay longer after check out coz our flight was in the afternoon. The bakery and supermarket is very close, so its comfortable if you need smth.

Its not the property fault, but the place is not suitable for people who cannot walk up the stairs, or not very comfortable with small kids. We didnt use the stroller, but we did carrier. Also we were asking to make a check in earlier or possibility to leave the luggages, but we got the refusal. It was said that the appartment will accept us from 3 pm. We arrived, nobody was waiting for us, so I called agency again, we were waiting again... Its not proffesional and not very respectful for the guests. Also appartment has ants, but probably they are everywhere in these countries.

Perfect place for young people :)

1) the view is AMAZING! 2) the apartment is brand new, kitchen is fully equipped bathroom so clean and comfortable, bed new, good distribution of space. 3) the location it is good. near to the beach by a 15 min walk

STAIRS. Be aware that from the beach you have to walk a lot in a hill road. Then you reach the main road and have to claim another super steep hill, and then you reach the apartment and have to climb stairs a lot. if you are young there is no problem, but I travelled with my dad who is almost 60 and it was a problem

Thank you very much😍 We spent wonderful time in the apartments Marmo. The room was very nice and clean and had everything what we needed. The staff was very free friendly and kind. We got some useful tips ;) and delicious pancakes with chocolate for supper 🥰 The view from the balcony is amazing, close to the beach. Very good food in the area. I reccomend this place 😀

Séjour à Mlini

Très jolie vue sur la mer, accès rapide au port de Mlini, proche de la ville de Dubrovnik en voiture ou en bateau Hôtes très sympathiques, très accueillants, qui nous ont offert l'apéritif en arrivant, ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin de la région lors de notre départ.

Difficulté pour se garer car parking public petit, et donc pas toujours de places disponibles. Obligé de tourner longtemps parfois pour trouver une place. Dangerosité pour traverser à pied la route, afin de rejoindre le logement car les voitures roulent très vite, ne s'arrêtent pas pour vous laisser traverser, et la portion se situe entre 2 virages. Accès au logement se fait à pied par une petite route très pentue, distance d'environ 100 m, puis escaliers pour accéder à l'habitation, donc ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou d'un âge avancé.

Très bon séjour à Mlini

Logement spacieux et propre, à proximité de la plage et commodités (boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants) avec terrasse ouvrant sur une belle vue sur la mer . Accès facile par bateau (marche agréable d’une dizaine de minutes ) ou par bus aux îles et Dubrovnik.

La montée de la colline et les escaliers qui rendent l’accès au domicile assez sportif avec des enfants en bas âge ou une poussette.

Tiesimme mitä odottaa, koska olimme yöpyneet samassa huoneistossa 9 vuotta sitten, mutta hämmästelimme kuinka moitteettomassa kunnossa kiinteistö ja huoneisto olivat edelleen. Sydämellinen ja erittäin avulias isäntäväki (vain rouva puhuu englantia). Asunto oli meille ihanteellinen; ylimmän kerroksen kaksio, jossa erinomainen kylpyhuone ja iso näköalaparveke upein meri-ja luontomaisemin Srebrenon lahdelle. Söimme aamiaisen ja muutkin ateriat parvekkeella aina sään salliessa. Ihana rauha ympärillä, eikä liikenteen melu häiritse ylös rinteeseen. Ilmalämpöpumppu tarvittaessa olohuoneen puolella.

Tiesimmekin, mutta huoneisto on erittäin jyrkässä rinteessä, jonne on rannasta lukematon määrä portaita, vilkkaan päätien ylitys ja loppumatka todella jyrkkää betonista rinnetietä ylös. Sijainti vaatii hyviä jalkavoimia ja kuntoa. Huoneessa alkuperäinen opastuskansio, jossa vain vähän tai vanhentunutta tietoa esim. jätteiden käsittelystä/kierrätyksestä ei tietoja. Ystävällinen isäntäväki kyllä opasti hyvin alkuun, mutta aina jää jotain kysyttävää. Taksia pitää pyytää (vaatia) tuomaan ja noutamaan mäen päältä, mutten jättävät katutasoon, josta ei jaksa kiskoa matkalaukkuja ylös.

Понравился только вид из окна, на этом плюсы закончились

Слышно абсолютно всех соседей, даже какой-то маленький шорох. Просыпались от того, что соседи сверху двигали мебель. В самих апартаментах не очень чисто, на вытяжке и прикроватных тумбочках был слой пыли, будто не убирали несколько месяцев. Ремонт тоже пора обновить, хотя бы покрасить стены. Впервые сняли такие апартаменты, где не было даже нескольких пакетиков чая, а ёмкости для соли и сахара были пустыми и грязными! Вы называете себя апартаментами, и нету даже таких элементарных вещей, как чай, соль и сахар?????Кастрюля и сковородка слишком большие, на маленькой плите невозможно что-то одновременно варить и жарить. На балконе полно насекомых, долго посидеть и поужинать там явно не выйдет.

Rauhallinen ja hiljainen sijainti👍🏼ei meluhaittoja. Kaunis näköala avautui merimaisemin. Rannan läheisyys, kauppa ja leipomo vieressä. Loistavat ravintolat myös lähellä. Siisti huoneisto ja neljälle henkilölle riittävän tilava. Mukavat vuokraisännät🤗 Ylämäkeä tosiaan oli reilusti, mutta tässä maassa lienee harvassa paikat jossa ei ole portaita😄 Perustarpeet neljälle löytyy.
