Good location close to the main road.

This was our worst experience in croatia. Dirty bathroom, smelled horribly. We only got one towel each, with holes. Holes in the bed linen, strongly perfumed. Ants everywhere, mold in the refrigerator and perhaps also in the bathroom. Would not recommend this to anyone.

ok, for very short period!

The host was very nice, waited for us and gave us instructions to get into the apartment. The seaside is really great. Nearby there is a green area where you can rest.

The room was tidy, but we found ants near the small kitchen, the tap was broken and no shampoo was available in the bathroom. Considered the cost, I was expecting a better room.

We loved to stay here! The owner was really kind and helpful. Any time we wrote him on WhatsApp, he replied within 1 hour. Easy to find the apartment, and it is close to the beach. AC is working well, comfortable to stay here.

Perfect stay near Dubrovnik

Perfect location. Easy to go to Dubrovnik with Bolt. Not expensive stay. Market is not far away. Parking space just above the room. Nice host. Talked to host over the phone. He gave very clear instructions how to get in.

It would be convinient to have kitchen towel. Did not get at first that the main stove did not worked. It kicked out the electricity. But then found another white stove. It would be great to put some sticker on the broken one so there would be no surprises. Overall no bad things.

A very well-equipped kitchen, everything you need. Clean rooms from the terrace you can even see the sea. A quiet area some distance from the beach.

Worst host with no countermeasures

'Green Paradise'-host never shows up after handing over the key. Even when I tell him that the kitchen stove [for cooking] is broken, he doesn't show up. He don't even fix that broken electric stove [for cooking]. If you go to the lodging-location indicated at the time of reservation, you have to climb the inclined stairs for about 150m to 200m. Even though I checked the accommodation-location in advance, the 'Green Paradise'-host didn't even tell me exactly. He is one of the unprepared hosts. There is no signage in front of the accommodation.

First of all, the location on the map is incorrect. If you want to get there without problems, ask the host before arrival. You are lucky if he spends time to answer you. The host was rude and unhelpful. He told us that he has some troubles and didn’t prepared the room. Check in time was at 14:00 we were around 16:00 and the room was dirty. Of course we decided to refund our payment and cancel the stay. We understand that problems can be, however, you know that people will come to you and should let them know about such situations or provide some benefit to change attitudes to you. The day was awful because of the situation. If you have a chance to take another booking, take it. The room looked good but the service is not for people. Be careful.

Floor on terase and in apartment was not clean. Additional bedsheets taken from closet was also dirty. Dishwash equipment was already used. Wifi password written on the entrance was not working....

Very cozy small room with everything you need for one night stay. Everything was clean, nice, and wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Property has free parking spot, good WiFi. We stayed with a dog. Property was complicated to find but host was extremally helpful on everything we need. We were very happy with this stay.
