Amazing stay, we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Tabain, the whole family welcomed us with open arms and was there to help out with any kind of requests from us. The garden is a green paradise with tomatoes, cucumber, grapes etc. We loved the pool area with the sunbeds and umbrellas. 5-8 min walk to a small beach through a little jungle. We would love to come back!!😍

Family run business. We received a warm welcome by no less than 3 generations. Super friendly and lovely hosts. Parking right outside. Fantastic pool area with sitting area in the shade, dining area with grill and cold drinks available in a fridge. A beautiful garden with play area, grapes and flower and vegetables which we were allowed to utilize. Best tomatoes I have ever tasted! We were served homemade apple pastry one morning and it was to die for - so tasty! Walking distance to the beach and close to bus stops. Very clean and nice apartment. We had a great stay.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful place.

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Apartments Tabain. From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel so special by Peter and his family. We were given welcome drinks on arrival by Kate, and Peter offered to bring us to the supermarket to do some food shopping. The place itself is beautiful. The pool is spotless and the perfect size for kids. Ours are 12 and 7. The family have an amazing veggie garden and twice we were brought delicious homemade baking by Nina. Ivana is super helpful and is always available to answer any questions you have. A special mention for Peter who was so kind and gentle with our kids, in particular our daughter. They will miss the ice pops every day. There were tears when we left and we already want to come back 😊 Also to mention how stunning Mlini is. We were blown away.

Brilliant stay in Croatia 🇭🇷

Lovely clean spacious apartment with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Located a short bus ride/ taxi ride from Dubrovnik. Walking distance to mlini town. The owners are brilliant and excellent hosts. Lovely outdoor pool with outdoor cooking facilities. Special mention to Peter who went the extra mile making us feel comfortable and was great with our youngest son, also helping with directions and recommendations to local restaurants. Thanks again Peter and family

Fabulous stay in Mlini

Located a short uber ride from Dubrovnik, Mlini is beautiful with boats going back and forth to Cavtat and Dubrovnik . Peaceful location, owners are very hospitable, fabulous to have a surprise delivery of fresh pastries one morning and home made cake on arrival, much appreciated. Beds comfortable, apartment well equipped, pool area pleasant.

Magical stay, can't wait to go back.

Absolutely immaculate apartment in an amazing location with the most wonderful, welcoming owners. Milini is a wonderful place to stay, just a boat ride away from the tourist bustle of Dubrovnik. The apartments are a magical walk down to the incredible (pebble) beach and perfect harbour - with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. There is a well stocked supermarket just a short walk away along the main road, just on from the very convenient bus stops. The apartment facilities are fantastic and brilliantly equipped - everything has been thought of and is provided and nothing is too much for the owners, a fabulous family who live on site. The pool is spotless and the gardens are lovely - with the offer of helping yourself to fresh fruit and vegetables whenever you'd like. We booked airport transfers with the family, which couldn't have been easier and made for a smooth and stress free arrival and departure. We didn't want to come home and can't wait to return! (NB I very rarely go to the same place twice, so this is very high praise indeed and shows how beautiful a place Milini is and what a wonderful place Apartments Tabain is to stay at, with the loveliest family).

Exceptional

Accommodation was clean, fresh and looks recently refurbished. Excellent air con in both living and bedroom kept us cool and comfortable during a heatwave. We were given a warm welcome and one of the hosts drove us to the big supermarket nearby to get our supplies but told us there was no need to buy cucumber, tomatoes and a list of other veg as we could help ourselves to the lovely vegetable garden on the property. Pool area was fab with nice loungers and a bbq/small outdoor kitchen and eating area which we were also welcome to use. We were even welcome to have night time dips in the pool if we wished. The hosts dropped us in freshly made cakes/deserts on a couple of occasions which was so sweet of them. There is a lovely walk from the accom through the woods down to the promenade/beaches. You can use this same shortcut to get home during daylight hours but we didn't attempt it after dark. The walk home from the promenade is uphill and will leave you hot n sweaty but Ubers are readily available in the area and v cheap, so if you have any mobility issues or aren't into walking in the heat you could still stay here and Uber about the place. I would absolutely stay here again if I go back to Mlini for another holiday.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Welcoming tiramisu-cake was delicious. Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Bedrooms had a good air-condition. Pool was very nice.

In order to get to the Mlini beach, you have to go quite long staircases. However, this was not any problem for us.

We had the most amazing holiday staying at Tabain Apartments with our 9 month old. The facilities were fantastic and we were welcomed warmly by the owners. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind during our stay, they ran my husband to the shop to pick up groceries and even brought me a card and bottle of wine on my birthday! We were given fresh fruit and veg from the garden too. Absolutely beautiful location and views. Would visit again in a heartbeat. Perfect for our first holiday as a family

This is a little gem of a place. The loveliest people who take care of you without being intrusive. Such a chilled out location. The pool is kept beautiful and clean and is so calm and tranquil. The rooms are a really good size, light and airy and with great facilities. We would definitely return here in a flash.

There is 150(ish) steps down to the beach but if you are fit and healthy these are no problem. It also means you can eat more gelato without feeling guilty!!

Fantastic

Kate and her family are lovely and we felt apart of their family as soon as we were picked up from the airport by Peter. The apartment is clean and modern with great aircon and facilities. Mlini itself is a great little seaside town and access down the hill by steps is quick and easy. The boast to Dubrovnik is fun and picturesque and the bus is quick and easy. It’s also close to the airport. We had a great stay, the pool is lovely and essential in hot summer weeks. We loved it and will stay again!! Thanks Kate and family!!

Superb

Super-friendly, helpful hosts. The detached 2 bed apartment was really quiet and comfortable. Good sized pool and comfy loungers. Very thoughtful that they provided lifts to both the cash point and supermarket. Weather was extremely warm during our stay, so we preferred to spend our days down at the beach, where there was at least some breeze and a couple more f&b options. A small restaurant is opposite the apartment but it’s on the busy main road, so might not be to everyone’s liking. It was open for breakfast though, which was handy.

250+ steep steps down to Mlini, not a big problem, but the hotter it got, the less appealing the climb up & down during the daytime. This just meant that you had to plan & pack for the entire day, rather than being able to pop back to get things. No taxi rank in Mlini; it’s a small, peaceful resort.

Great facilities and excellent hosts!

Kate and her family were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities you need including a BBQ which was a surprise! My girls had a great time playing in the pool, trampoline, swings and slide. Highly recommended for families with children.

Overall no real big negative but to get to the beach (not far) there are a few steps which wasn't the easiest to navigate with a buggy. Due to the geography of the area (on a slope) this will be the case for many places in the area so not unique to this apartment.

Great apartment stay in Mlini

Large bedrooms, all very clean and well appointed, use of BBQ in the evenings by the pool, short walk to beach at Mlini for swimming and snorkelling. Hosts gave us fruit and vegetables from their garden and made us fresh pancakes and tiramisu. Superb place.

It’s a little further to walk to the beach and to get a choice of restaurants, if you have small kids, than other accommodation options in the area, but the lovely setting and warm atmosphere that the hosts have created made up for it!

Loved everything about our stay in Apartment Tabain. Spacious and well equipped modern apartments with lovely views of the Adriatic Sea. An excellent swimming pool for the kids to have lots of fun alongside a well equipped poolside bar. Just the perfect place to relax among a beautiful setting. The best part of our stay however were the hosts. A lovely family that made us feel very welcome and at home. From homemade apple cake to fresh fruit & vegetables from their own garden, Kate and her family did everything to make our stay feel very special. Pero was a huge help in our transfer from the airport and especially when he brought us to pick up a rent a car. I have been coming to Mlini-Dubrovnik area for over 20 years and this was one of the best properties I've ever stayed in. Would recommend this property very highly. Will definitely return in the near future.

I want to thank the owners, they were very friendly and they made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, we enjoyed every single day in this property, the children really enjoyed the trampolin and swings in the garden. We had a great time, the apartment was very clean and it had every thing that we needed, it had a great view from the balcony to the sea and the mountain side, the swiming pool was amazing, the location was great, a restaurent 150 meters away and 500 meters away a shop, 1 km away to shopping center, and the town Mlini is very nice place, 800 meters from the apartment a very nice beach and you can enjoy a walk with a lot of beautiful views along side the beach , 15 min by car to Dubrovnik. I highly recommend this property because you will have every thing that you need for a great vacation and the price is realy great.

Sehr schöner Pool, das Zimmer klein, aber schön. Sehr sauber alles! Schattiger kostenloser Parkplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die auch gut Deutsch sprechen.

Ärgerlich waren nur die versteckten Kosten, die vor Buchung bei Booking nicht angezeigt werden: 50 Euro für Endreinigung für 3 Tage Übernachtung. Dieselben Kosten werden wohl auch bei nur einer Übernachtung fällig. Eine Markise auf dem Balkon (Südseite, sehr heiß) wäre wünschenswert. Der Schirm ist etwas zu klein. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist durch Bäume und einen Neubau verdeckt, aber dennoch schöne Aussicht.

Warme ontvangst door eigenaresse en familie. Compacte en schone studio, fijn zwembad, paar honderd meter van het strand ( wel flinke klimnaar beneden en terug naar boven ) waar ook boot naar Dubrovnik vertrekt ( +/- 30 min ). Mlini zelf.is rustig. Bij het strand liggen prima restaurants. Supermarkt en bakker op 10 min. loopafstand. Parkeerplek aanwezig. Peren-cakegebak gekregen. Je mag ook gebruik maken van producten uit hun eigen tuin. Erg gastvrij !

Studio was een beetje krap, maar dat was geen heel groot probleem. Veel last van muggen, dus neem hier iets voor mee.
