I really enjoyed staying in these apartments!

The owner was very friendly, the room was perfectly clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was there for a comfortable stay. The room was just as gorgeous as in the photos. The apartment is located close to a supermarket, bus stop, and beach. The apartment has a million-dollar view from the window! It's a great pleasure to wake up to such a wonderful view! I will definitely return to this apartment during my next visit to Mlini.

I would like the cleaning to be done a little more often (at least once every 5 nights), rather than once every 8 nights. But the cleaning was definitely high quality!

Great location with a fantastic view of the sea out of the window. Was a good size with good facilities.

It was missing a bit of probate outside space. It had terraces which were free to use, however this was for all residents so we didn’t feel we were able to fully utilise.

The apartment did not really reflect the photos presented on booking.com. Had we been aware of the actual condition of the accommodation, we would not have chosen to book it at this price point. Throughout our stay, we encountered persistent maintenance issues. The sink regularly backed up, the shower became clogged after just one use, and the toilet blocked multiple times, with water failing to drain properly. Although someone was sent to clean and address the issues once, the situation did not improve a lot. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from both the kitchen sink and the refrigerator, resembling mold. We were also placed next to guests—apparently family members of the owner—who had a baby that cried frequently, including during the early morning hours between 4 and 6 AM. While we fully understand that this is not the baby’s fault, if it is known in advance that an infant will be staying in a neighboring unit, it would be thoughtful and respectful not to rent adjacent accommodations to other guests. Unfortunately, this made it pretty difficult for us to sleep, relax and fully enjoy our holiday. It was also rather difficult to get in touch with the owner, as the booking was handled through a third-party management company, which made the communication slow and inefficient. Overall, the experience fell below expectations and did not align with what was advertised.

It’s a good value for the price with a beautiful sea view from the room window/terrace.

The property is well situated above the Srebreno beach which is 7-8 minutes down the hill and 18 minutes from Kupari beach. The room was nice and bright with a plenty of a day light and own en-suite shower and a small kitchen facility. Nights were peaceful with not much noise from the local restaurants, so we had a good night sleep. The owners were friendly and caring. I would recommend you the stay at the Villa Mediterranea and to anyone who likes simplicity, peace and Croatia.

Beyond excpctations, on a good way!

Everything was so nice and clean. The apartment was comfortable on all it served. It had it all for a couple days stay. The ornaments were cute and made it cozy, the sea view from that window, mesmerizing. To complete it with a very warm welcoming from the hosts🥰… and too many other facilities for which i could write a A4 paper 😅

We stayed at Villa Mediterrania with my sister for 14 days in the end of September. The best time for visiting of Croatia, I believe! Very convenient location: 5 minutes to the bus stop to Dubrovnik and local grocery store with everything you need, 7 minutes to the waterfront with restaurants and bars, 10 minutes to the beach with small pebbles and picturesque mountain views. The room has everything you need, including utensils for cooking hot food: stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Excellent design of the apartment, Mediterranean style. A separate bonus is the bay-view window with a splendid view of the sea, surrounding mountains and cypresses. Responsive and hospitable owners organized a transfer from the airport and back, supplied everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I recommend visiting Kupavi (400 meters from Sheraton hotel along seashore) and enjoying the deserted but luxurious beach near the sanatoriums abandoned since the Balkan War. History and nature will surround you while you enjoy the cristal water of the Adriatic Sea! On the other side there is a cozy harbor, from where you can take a water tram to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as buy the fish from local and visit a nudist beach. Highly recommend, Villa Mediterrania is one of the best holiday destinations in Mlini.

Nice and cosy apartaments has everything you need and fabulous viem from the window and terrace. Very good location, not far away from Dubrovnik, airport, nearby a lot of beaches, restaurants, shopping mall and etc.

The location is good in relation to local bus station and connections to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, but hundreeds of steps make it a bit difficult to get to the beach and back. It is more suitable for young people.

Perfekt

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist spitze. Man hat schöne Fensterläden aus Holz, wodurch der Wind der leicht durchzieht, was mir sehr gefällt. Oder man macht die Fenster davor einfach zu. Das Apatment war sehr schön, super eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt: Kühlschrank, Küche, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. Unser Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, es gibt einen Grillplatz und zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand.
