The location close walk to Town and the Quay.

The garden space was not as advertised and requires maintenance could not use in the warm weather.

Great location, spacious and comfortable accommodation

Upper floors quite creaky, some doors not easy to open for our elderly guests so need some adjustment. No hooks for coats in hall or clothes in bath/shower rooms. Light pull switch in garden floor cloakroom needs an eye screw to keep in position - bangs against door. Issue with no hot water and boiler settings.

Size and layout of property was perfect for 4 adults. Quality of furnishings and fittings and perfect location for Baiter Psrk and Quay side etc all the little extras were so appreciated . Wine, biscuits, crisps etc. lovely welcoming touch. Thank you. Area was so quiet and relaxing.. just what was needed.

Great house in a good location - an easy walk to the harbour and shops/restaurants and also to Poole Park. Kitchen is well equipped and the bedding and towels were really good quality. Loved the welcome goodies and also the travel toiletries - had everything we needed for a short family break.

The kitchen was spotlessly clean but now a bit tired compared to the rest of the house.

Great holiday home for a family. 3 decent size bedrooms with ensuite to Master. Well equipped overall. Very comfy beds.

Small outside area but not essential as right next door to some fantastic parks. Just needs a few beer glasses for a pint please.

Good location, quiet area, clean and comfortable, spacious enough for 5 adults. Double bed very comfortable .

Single bed in single room was uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs in mattress. Could have done with some oven gloves and salt !

Tolles Ferienhaus nah am Wasser

Ab der Buchung gab es guten Kontakt zum Vermieter, alles lief reibungslos. Sanderling ist ein tolles geräumiges Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tee, Kaffee und Kekse waren zur Verfügung, sogar eine Flasche Wein wartete im Kühlschrank. Sehr gute Lage nah am Wasser, der Hafen und die Innenstadt sind zufuß innerhalb von 15min sehr gut erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!
