Location Is pretty awesome and the street quiet

The property was in a good location, only a short walk to the nearest water bus station and outside of the tourist spots so quieter. The room was a good size and had everything we needed.
The check in time had a cut off of 6.30pm, which caused us some stress as we had delayed / cancelled trains throughout the day, which meant we had to buy a new ticket in order to be there before the check in cut off. Check in instructions could have been left on a message to save the stress. The room was slightly chilly, so we used blankets at night.

There was absolutely great contact with Ca Bea staff before the stay. They were responsive, gave clear instructions. We were contacting them via booking before our stay to let them know when we'll arrive and the owner, Paola, waited for us. She gave clear instructions on the site of what's what in the room and she shared wonderfull recommendations of food, especially great family trattoria Pan e Vin not far away. Moreover, there was a binder with other places and recommendations of food and places to visit, which was also very helpful As this was end of the season Paola offered us the AC for free which was very nice addition. The room was generally clean. Paola also offered to hold our luggage if we wanted to stay in Venice a little bit longer after our check-out.
The only problem we had was some fungus on the AC unit and shower handle but Paola said that it will be cleaned.
