    We have been in Europe for 3 weeks, staying overnight in 3 countries and 8-9 locations. This location was astonishingly the best. Private bathroom, very good hot breakfast on site, quiet, wonderful Venice, close to the easy to use public transportation on the water, lovely room for 2, wonderful bed, pillows, toilet, shower, electricity, lights, phone charging, and close to the best dinner we had on the trip (duck add in allergic to pork and beef). The staff was very very nice as well. We highly recommend this place. We are grateful for it.

    Quiet off the beaten path hotel. Located close enough to access sites. But far enough away to be quiet and less crowded.

    Cozy place, nice room and sweet staff. It was difficult for my mum and aunt to move because there was no elevator. Otherwise it was nice.
