Great quiet location in venice. Close to two vaporetto stops….one with no stairs!!! Great for luggage when arriving or departing. Little frig was nice but doesnt hold much.
My room was kid size but i am 5’2” so not a problem. Very nice private bathroom but the hair dryer is horrible!
Didn’t have “staff” as all communication was via messages but were prompt. Cleaning lady is great! She dint speak English but always had a smile and greeting and helped me get bags downstairs.
There were no great negatives for the price and location. The hair dryer is worthless!!

The hotel is very easy to get to. You can reach it in 5 minutes from the ferry without crossing any bridge. We walked everywhere on the island as well.
There are some packaged food and fruit always available at the kitchen which is nice.
We ended up with a ground-floor room that was freezing cold. There was air conditioning and heating, but it was so noisy that it was impossible for us to sleep when it was on. It went on and off every 5-10 minutes, waking us up every time it started.
Although there was a note to leave towels in the sink for replacement, the room was not cleaned during our stay. We were lucky not to run out of towels by leaving them on the floor or in the sink.

Location is great, near Ca Rezzonica ferry stop, supermarket, restaurants. Easy walk to trains and main sights. Very clean, nice little amenities like breakfast snacks even tho breakfast isn’t provided. Double room was spacious. Room was cleaned every second day with new towels. Kitchenette was good to save money with some meal prep. Maria was responsive and lovely.
