Note Bene Rooms

We absolutely loved our stay at Note Bene Rooms. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable after long days of exploring Dubrovnik. Dado was wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. He gave us fantastic local advice and recommendations that truly made our trip even better. We also visited his store and loved all of the homemade goodies. He went above and beyond for us — even arranging our ride to the airport and personally carrying my suitcase out to the driver. His kindness and hospitality were unforgettable.

Honestly, very little to complain about. The stairs in Dubrovnik can be a workout, but that’s part of the charm of staying inside the Old Town.

Perfect location, close to Buza gate with not that many steps if you have luggage to lug. Dado goes above and beyond to help. Allowed us to leave our luggage early on day of arrival and we even left our luggage there overnight when we went to Montenegro. Lovely little courtyard to sit and enjoy drinks.

Great location, if you want to be close to everything the Old Town has to offer. The owner Dado was super helpful from start to finish and made us feel very welcome.

There was nothing to dislike.

The perfect location and wonderful aircon! Hosts were lovely, gave us beach towels and offered us snorkelling gear to borrow! The bbq restaurant next door is a must visit!

There were toiletries which looked like they had been left behind from previous guests in the bathroom, rather than fresh bottles, and there wasn’t an iron in the room, so we had to WhatsApp the owner every time to borrow theirs, not a huge inconvenience but it’s the little things that make such a difference! Room was pretty basic but if you are out sight seeing, that doesn’t really matter!
