Lovely room inside the city wall.

The location was brilliant. Within the city walls, but not too many steps to navigate with luggage. Our host provided great tips on where to eat and local dishes to try. And the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Having an outdoor space to relax in was a bonus!

Old property, renovated, Very clean. Room is spacious and Comfortable. Coffee and cookies kept for guests. Dado is a very good host. You are living within the city walls. You can see the place from the walls.

No negatives. Just a few observations. Bathroom is private. That means it is outside the room. If you are comming by bus, the place is about a km from the Bus stop at Pile Gate. A safe could be added to the room.

Perfect place to stay in the Old Town

Dado was amazing! He arranged our airport transfer too, making sure we came in the correct way and went up minimum steps with luggage. The room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of additional items in the common area (ear plugs, coffee, sun cream, maps, restaurant recommendations etc). The location was amazing, just by Buza gate.

Fabulous! Great location. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was clean and there was a lot of attention to detail. Dado was so welcoming and friendly - best host ever!

Spotless clean

Very noisy though the host provided ear plugs. Next to a restaurant and customers were very noisy at night. Though it was said the bathroom was private, solely for our use, it was OUTSIDE the room. Perhaps it was my oversight when making the booking. Anyway, it was never desirable. It was literally on the hilltop, requiring a hundred steps up and another hundred steps down when going out.

The kindest host in a great location!

Fantastic location just inside the City walls. The host, Dado, was brilliant before we travelled and answered all our questions. He sent me a WhatsApp message a couple of days before so I had his number, and he offered to collect us from the airport to bring us in for a small fee. It was a gorgeous properly, next to Lady Pi Pi restaurant which is one of the best in Dubrovnik, with unbeatable views across the City. Our room had the bathroom in room and the shower was so great, lovely to relax under after a tiring day walking around. We went to Dados shop during our stay and bought his wife’s homemade marmalade! Dado and Nina were always on hand and couldn’t have done more for us. Would highly recommend anyone visiting to stay there!

Lovely room in the heart of old town.

Dado, went out of his way to be helpful. He sent a driver to pick us up at the airport even though we were three hours delayed. he waited for us outside in the pouring rain to take us up to his place. Amazing!

Absolutely perfect location right in the centre of the old town Host was amazing Dado and his wife are such beautiful people, super friendly and so so helpful.. they go out of there way!! Everything was perfect, bed was comfortable everything was super clean, shower was amazing!! Would recommend highly and would definitely stay again

Basic room but fantastic laction and friendly hosts!

The perfect location and wonderful aircon! Hosts were lovely, gave us beach towels and offered us snorkelling gear to borrow! The bbq restaurant next door is a must visit!

There were toiletries which looked like they had been left behind from previous guests in the bathroom, rather than fresh bottles, and there wasn’t an iron in the room, so we had to WhatsApp the owner every time to borrow theirs, not a huge inconvenience but it’s the little things that make such a difference! Room was pretty basic but if you are out sight seeing, that doesn’t really matter!

Dado and Nina were welcoming and kind hosts. they give you all the information you need to get around the city, nothing is too much trouble for them! they are like your mum and dad away from home, the property is in the best location at the top of the old town. spacious rooms, clean bathrooms.

The apartment is located in a great location at the upper end of the old city. You don't have to go up and down a lot of stairs to get there with your luggage (there are a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik!). Dado was an amazing host and helped us find free parking, find our way around the old city and also told us about the city and gave recommendations! The outdoor terrace is lovely and we sat there to drink coffee in the morning, eat in the evening and just enjoy the greay air. The apartment has a private bedroom and shower and a shared area with one another room that has a small fridge and a large balcony with seating places.

location was great, no more than a 5 minute walk from all main attractions and day trips in Dubrovnik. the property was a double bedroom with bathroom, all of which were super clean. location was ideal with carrying luggage/bags, note that when bringing luggage to the Old Town there are A LOT of steps. given that Victoria rooms is very close to an entrance your luggage carrying time is minimal compared to most places at the lowest points of the Old Town. It is going to be very hot, so this is a big plus.

nothing of note, perhaps that it may seem a little basic given the price, but it seems the going rate for rooms / apartments in the Old Town.
