Spotless, private, beautiful. Perhaps the most comfortable bed we have slept in. The outdoor bath is wonderful - bathing under the stars in such a private sheltered space was magnificent. Tea in bed with the bifold doors open was the best way to start the day. You're very close to the city centre, yet out of the crowds. It was the perfect base for visiting the Fringe. We'll definitely be back.

Immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, all amenities thought of and loads of thoughtful extras. Fabulous food recommendations. Great communication from owner. Can not recommend this place highly enough. Great location and just stunning in general

The property was exceptional, it had everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect.
You would have to try extremely hard to find anything negative to say about this accommodation.
