This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is bright, quirky and peaceful set in a beautiful neighbourhood. The apartment has all up to date mod cons, and a delightful roll top bath where you can soak your feet after a day out! There are bus stops incredibly close to the flat with an array of direct bus links into the heart of the city with Princes Street only 12 minutes on the bus. Inverleith Avenue boasts and array of cafes and restaurants. There is also the Herringbone Restaurant opposite the flat for convenience with a local pub on the corner!
Royal Botanic Gardens and fashionable Stockbridge is only a beautiful walk away taking 25 minutes, taking you along canals along the way and if you're looking for Edinburgh's slightly alternative to city centre, Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia voted UK's No.1 Tourist Attraction by Trip Advisor in 2023 is a short cab away from the flat.

The flat as well as Fiona was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and ready when we arrived. I’m not entirely sure if it’s mentioned in the description but there are a few stairs to climb as the flat is on the fourth floor. It was a surprise that brought about some huffs and puffs but also loads of laughs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for some time in Edinburgh.

the stairs to this flat are no joke, but once inside its great. there is more space than we expected and it was very comfortable. Farah was quick to communicate and very friendly. we would stay here again in the future!

This flat is 4 floors up, stairs. When we got there the cleaner hadn't been there and it was unclean. We contacted the host who said they would send a refund but we haven't seen that in 2 weeks. Now the owner won't return communication. IT seemed like a cute flat but not one we could stay in.
