The rooms are located at the upper floor of the Golf clubhouse of the L'Empereur golf course. Of course very convenient for golfers. Very quiet, 2 km from road/highway, very clean, and very spacious room. Well designed and comfortable. Parking easy and free.

Welcome letter was not up to date. The small water kettle gets very hot. There was a buzzy sound all night which got very loud at 7am so couldn't sleep very well

The "à la carte" breakfast would be more comfortable with an actual breakfast menu. The staff at the restaurant is very nice and helpful, but it is pretty much what is available, so quite variable from day to day.

A few small things: The desk is not manned after 4 pm, you need to pick up an envelope with your room card and find your way around. Not difficult but somewhat confusing. In the morning, as the desk is still not manned, understanding where the restaurant is requires some research, as it is on the other side of the courtyard. You have to take all this as an adventure...

Perfect place to recharge your batteries

We spent a few days at this hotel and enjoyed its tranquility and beauty, as well as its surroundings. The hotel is away from the noise of the city, perfect for getting some work done and relaxing. We stayed in a warm, very spacious, and spotlessly clean room. The whole facility is carefully maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Great hotel. Shame it doesn’t have its own restaurant.

The hotel is clean, airy and quite modern set in an attractive stone courtyard. Lovely setting and friendly staff.

The restaurant is actually part of the golf club or at least felt very much like that. There was a golf bbq on the night we were there and so it was a bit of an odd vibe (and initially very smoky). Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate.

Superb

Breakfast was excellent - the variety was limited, but the quality of the food was excellent. The rooms were big and clean. Coffee and water were available. The area was isolated in a rural environment - very quiet and tranquil. Nice area if you want to go for a walk in nature or play golf.

The location was ideal as I needed to rest and walk in the countryside. There are some walking paths that are suitable for people who would like to walk or bike

The mattress was a bit hard to my convenience and the upstairs' people were a bit noisy

visit to Waterloo museum

fabulous location in the countryside near to Waterloo (the purpose of the trip). modernized large farm yard location very quaint. colocated with local golf club.

no much negative to say at all, only the reception for the hotel closes at 1800 and we had to get the help of a golfer to find our key card. a message via Booking.com would have helped

I liked the design and the space in the room. the rooms are new and the design is simple and this makes it looking luxurious. the location is quite and in the middle of nature (golf)

really nothing is bad. I arrived late and it would have been good to see some light in the lobby. to save energy may me a system would turn it on when a car pass by (instead of the trigger when a person enters the lobby). just suggestion.

Large, spacious and comfortable room. The countryside location on the golf course with complete silence. Ample breakfast served by very cheerful staff member.

Reception closed at 17.00 - the check in process was explained st the time of booking but should have been followed up with a reminder the day before arrival.
