Lovely Apartment good beds parking space

The noise from the road

Great location, nice and clean. Very spacious.

Kitchen could be better stocked and some of the pans and utensils and pans have seen better days. Mould in bathroom also needs sorting

Clean and comfortable. Bus stop right outside the apartment. Really handy for going into Durham. There are 2 bedrooms, not the one that i thought. There are supermarkets close by.

Not a negative for us but steep stairs. No coffee machine and just 3 teabags. No welcome milk. The nearest eating pub is about a 15 minute walk- not a negative, just something to know. An uber into town was about £8.

It has all that you need in terms of easy access to Durham and kitchen facilities and there’s an array of shops on your doorstep.

The location is on a main road and the traffic noise made it difficult to get to sleep as the bedrooms overlooked the road. The bed was uncomfortably soft which added to the difficulty in getting asleep. The bedrooms had roller blinds but no curtains, so light from the outside shone through the gaps. Although the flat was clean, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the bases of the frying pans had grease which smoked when heated. The whole place is quite worn and although it was good value I would not stay there again.
