Well presented home with everything we needed for a home from home stay. It was warm and clean. Parking on driveway and very close to a bus stop for my adult son to go off exploring on his own. Very quiet neighbourhood.
There was no obvious house number, this was frustrating when trying to find it especially as we arrived late but also unsafe because had we have needed an ambulance they wouldn’t find us easily.

Had a lovely Christmas dinner with my family had everything I needed
Warm and comfortable
Only one point I would make is a light by the front door
But it didn't spoil our stay

Good location close to park and ride for Durham. Close to supermarket, chip
shop.amd an.excellent.pub (the Sportsman). Beds comfortable and a nice bottle of prosecco on arrival.
Living room sofa very uncomfortable. No side tables. No coasters for cups/glasses. Very little useful information in property folder. No large mirror in bathroom. Toilet very inconviently positioned behind the door. Virtually no cleaning products, even bin liners.
