everything,the host bad service ,property wasn’t cleaned ,had to sleep on my towel,dirty plates still on the table ,only 1 heater for the hole place with 6 rooms ,hot water stopped working and host didn’t care about heating,cleaning or hot water

There was no gas connection, no hot water, heating at the property on our arrival The Luke Stay asked us to wait till next day, until one of their maintenance man come and fix the problem. After nearly 3 hour on the phone with Luke Stay's they realised that there was NO GAS connection in the flat. I had to book a different hotel late in the evening. It was really stressful as I was with my 80 old mum and my young daughter. That was the worse place I ever booked.

Nothing!!! and the picture of Blue sofa is not the room we were given to stay in?!!!!

Place was run down and needed cleaned. Full refurbishment required. Beds uncomfortable and suit stained and uncomfortable. Wall paper peeling or patched with random bits of paper. Assistance to sort issues such as no light bulb in toilet and cleanliness not addressed. Photos gave impression we were getting different property.

The oven was very dirty and we could not get the boiler to fire up on the first night so quite chilly at first - remedied by instructions from the host on day 2 - handy location as shops nearby

The apartment was spacious and comfortable beds.

Overpriced accommodation. We found someones underwear in the sofa. Dirty carpet and only a two-seater sofa for a 4 people booking. Dirty glasses. Noisy as the apartment was on top of stores, something that was not mentioned in the description. No wifi in the bedrooms and very dated bathroom.

I loved my stay

Once in, to our surprise we saw how spacious it was, and both bedrooms by the main door. We put down our bags, and settled in straight away. There’s everything you need in the kitchen ready to make a cuppa or a meal. And the living room is lovely. Tv is easy to use where you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. All the shops you need are downstairs, and bus routes are just outside. Will be back again, thank you.

Lovely Apartment close to Links

It’s very spacious and was on good location for my commute to job to Belmont grange care home ,l was walking everyday! The Netflix was available that’s a plus to relax after a long day in job There a coffee shop downstairs which was a good thing and also there’s Sainsbury’s local,2 minutes walk.

Nothing Only thing which wasn’t a big issue is, the kitchen and corridor windows could do with blinds. And maybe a peephole for the door .

Not exactly a pleasant, relaxing stay . Description of property should advise that it is over a shop

Spacious apartment, modern decor and accessories. Comfy beds. Very clean.

Location over a shop that started work at 6.50am each day generating noise. Refridgeration unit from shop humming all night, so couldn't have window open. Dreadful booming music noise through wall by neighbour every evening till midnight. Smart tv only-no normal progs. Hot tap on bath seized up, so no baths but only weak flow shower with flimsy curtain that stuck to you.
