It is a bit far from everything, and the location feels very isolated during the night. The breakfast was very poor (1 small croisant, coffe and 250ml of juice).
It should be noted that the room is actually part of a house and even though there is a private bathroom, you need to step out of the room to visit it (next door).
I consider it to be not good value for money.

Very polite and kind hosts.
Breakfast was very tasty even if it was small portions.
Location was amazing and very convenient being close to almost everything that you would want to see in Venice.
The bathroom is not connected to the room and that is not very well communicated.
The shower didn't always have hot water.
