Pleasant

Very polite and kind hosts. Breakfast was very tasty even if it was small portions. Location was amazing and very convenient being close to almost everything that you would want to see in Venice.

The bathroom is not connected to the room and that is not very well communicated. The shower didn't always have hot water.

It is a bit far from everything, and the location feels very isolated during the night. The breakfast was very poor (1 small croisant, coffe and 250ml of juice). It should be noted that the room is actually part of a house and even though there is a private bathroom, you need to step out of the room to visit it (next door). I consider it to be not good value for money.

Charming room, great location.

Charming, comfortable stay in a great location right next to canal. Loved the art. Fabulous bed! Great tea and coffee making as well as gorgeous smelling toiletries.

WiFi wasn’t good; apparently apple device problem.

Lovely place to stay in quieter part of Venice. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Really enjoyed our time here!

The only issue that we had was the wifi connection in our room was in and out. Haven’t noticed this in many other reviews so perhaps this was just a one-off occurrence.

Stay in a typical Venetian neighborhood

Quiet location. Clean room and private bathroom. Remote but still not far from main attractions like restaurants and main sites to visit (20min walk). The decoration of the room was typical with wood and golden colors.

Juice of the breakfast was not home made. They should improve on this.

The top option for our next stay in Venice

The style of the room suits perfectly to Venice. The B&B is located in a quite and cosy area. The owners are very friendly and amazingly helpful. Thanks to the system with a code to unlock the door, it's possible to arrive at all times, which was handy with our late flight.

Perfect and quiet location, off the beaten track and central, you will live like a Venetian. Very comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom including a bathtub, anyway it should be stated in booking.com that it is located outside the room

As said, you will live like a Venetian ;), you can hear the family upstairs but this is a typical Venetian building!

Romantic room in great part of Venice.

Great and romantic location, very nice and artistic equipment of the room. We very much enjoyed instructions from the owner with reccomendation what to see and visit in Venice. The tip for the best gelato in Venice was great!!! We can also reccomend Gelateria Nico at Zattere.

Magic

We loved our stay at B&B Le Terese because the rooms are so comfy and unique with a lot of love to the details. After a long day sightseeing you will always looking forward to come back to this magic place next to accademia architectura where almost no tourists are. Thanks <3

Unfortunately we couldn‘t have breakfast at our place, but we got some breakfast tickets for a bar nearby. Coffee was good anyways.

Superb

Beautiful room in a quiet, lesser-known part of Venice, very close to both universities and vaporetto stop. Nice restaurants and bars 5 minutes away. Lovely decorations, furniture, and natural light. There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room, I liked the lack of a TV as well. I didn't take breakfast as I went around the corner for a pastry and coffee. Would stay again!

Not so much a problem for me as I was a lone traveler and live in Italy but room is across the foyer from the owners entrance and you have to exit the camera to get to the adjacent bathroom. Bathroom very nice though!

Beautiful B&B in a quiet area of Venice

We loved the unique style of the property, vintage but with a modern & creative twist given by the association of different colors & materials. The place is charming and cozy at the same time, full of books about Venice & the Veneto region, and interesting photographies. it’s a real pleasure to spend a few days there ! Moreover, it is located only 15mn walk from the train station & piazzale Roma, main entry point in Venice, but in a very quiet area, far from the crowds of tourists, with a more authentic atmosphere. Last but not least, the breakfast served in the room was just lovely !
