"A Pet-Lover’s Paradise near the Beach!"
We loved our 6-night stay at Venice Golf Residence! The location is fantastic – just a short 400m stroll to the beautiful beach. As pet owners, we truly appreciated the pet-friendly policy both at the apartment and on the beach. The nearby "wild beach" area, where our furry friend could roam freely, was an absolute highlight! The peaceful setting on Lido made our Venice getaway relaxing and convenient. Perfect for those traveling with pets!
"Still Charming, But Showing Its Age"
Having stayed here for three consecutive years, we’ve grown fond of Venice Golf Residence. While the location remains excellent (8/10 overall), we’ve noticed the gradual wear on the apartment’s furnishings and building exterior. Everything felt fresh during our first visit, but after three years, some updates would enhance comfort and maintain its charm. Despite this, we’ve cherished our stays – hoping management invests in upkeep to match its lovely setting!

La posizione ottimale vicino alla spiaggia, la zona silenziosa circondata dal verde, la struttura nuova, appartamento pulito e bello, arredato bene in modo essenziale, elettrodomestici funzionanti come anche aria condizionata, acqua calda corrente, la vasca, le zanzariere alle finestre, utensili cucina, gentilezza e disponibilità di Viviana nel risolvere i problemi. Si dorme benissimo.
Suggerirei di aggiungere pentole di vario formato, perché c'erano solo quelle per 4/6 persone; un forno a microonde, uno specchio a figura intera almeno negli armadi e bidoni per la raccolta anche della plastica, vetro e della carta.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, insgesamt ganz schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, was angenehm war. Die Lage ist gut – man kommt mit dem Bus oder dem Auto überall gut hin, und es gibt Parkplätze vor Ort. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es völlig okay.
Die Klima hat gut funktioniert.
Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erwartet. Zwar waren Parkplätze und sogar eine Tiefgarage vorhanden, allerdings war der Zugang zur Garage nicht möglich, da das Tor defekt war. Unterstützung vom Personal gab es keine – weder Hilfe noch Rückmeldung. Wir mussten selbst versuchen, irgendwie das Tor zu öffnen, um an unser Auto zu kommen. Auch das Herausfahren war schwierig und wurde uns selbst überlassen.
Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen nicht ganz der Realität – die Gebäude wirken deutlich ungepflegter. Innen war es immerhin sauber.
Der Kundenservice lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Anrufe und Nachrichten wurden – wenn überhaupt – erst am nächsten Tag beantwortet. Die zuständigen Personen waren nicht erreichbar, und man wurde ständig von einer zur nächsten Stelle weitergeschickt, ohne dass sich jemand wirklich verantwortlich fühlte.
Für Familien mit Kindern können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Der Duschstrahl war extrem stark – so stark, dass man sich fast verletzt. Leider lässt sich der Strahl auch nicht regulieren. Für Kinder ist das definitiv ungeeignet.
Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht und würden nicht wiederkommen.
