From the moment I booked our stay at Palazzo Veneziano, the service was nothing short of incredible. The concierge team went above and beyond every step of the way helping us organize gondola rides, kindly rescheduling when the weather turned rainy, and even managing to secure us a reservation at Gio’s, which was completely booked online. A special mention to Omar, whose professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip truly unforgettable. I can confidently say this was hands down the best concierge and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is idyllic a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless Venetian charm. The courtyard has a beautiful Middle Eastern touch, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere, while the rooms are spacious, contemporary, and immaculately maintained. We absolutely loved our trip to Venice, and Palazzo Veneziano played a huge part in making it so memorable. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Concierge were the best and helped us plan months before and were so friendly and helpful for organizing and giving ideas. We had the spa in the room which was wonderful. Very clean and we found it easy to get around using google maps ! Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Would definitely come back to this Hotel if ever in Venice and highly recommend

We had a canal view room..it was on the lobby level or ground level floor.... not much of canal view...didn't even see 1 boat. Rooms / bathrooms are nice. Among all the stays in different hotels on this trip, this hotel had the best breakfast spread. Front lobby service as well as breakfast service was great. It was great to walk outside the hotel at night and great view of the canal and city on the other side of the canal. There was a stink in the pathway to and from the hotel.

Stayed here for our 10-year wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and spotless. Great location too—had vegan pizza from a nearby restaurant. Would definitely return for a special occasion!

The staff were very helpful and the location, while a bit challenging to get to, is very nice and very walkable to all of Venice. On the downside, we felt the breakfast was fine but not up to the otherwise high quality of the hotel. I would also note that the hotel, while characterized as intimate, feels more like a conference hotel with the size of tour groups apparently staying there. Lastly, while it would seem to be a quiet hotel, our room was located next to a back canal loading area which became active at 5:30 an each morning. I’m not clear how many other rooms were similarly affected by the noise but it sure made sleep impossible from 5:30 to 6:30 each morning.

We selected the location close to the Cruise terminal. While arranging the transportation we were told we were in the wrong location and paid 120eruo for a taxi and told this was the only option. Once we arrived we were then redirected back to our original destination and that was an addition 68eruo to get back to the hotel area to make our way to the cruise terminal. The lack of knowledge that the hotel had regarding terminal location and the fact we were told this was the only method of transportation was very poor. We could have paid 18eruo for a taxi out front of the hotel for a 10min ride to the local terminal to board our cruise. The hotel was lovely BUT the service for travellers was extremely lacking. it’s a hotel and they should know where the cruise terminal is and not redirect people in error.
