Everything went smoothly due to Viola and her support. We were able to arrive and she greeted us warmly. The Terazza is a one of a kind place as you step back in time. The view over the Campo is breathtaking. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, it was elegantly designed and we felt right at home. The location is simply perfect ! This was a rare find and one we will use again should we return to Siena. Grazie Mille Viola!!
