A nice touch, providing a pottle of breakfast cereal etc. Being adjacent to the Railway Station is great - for when it rains, and RAINS.

Nice and comfortable guest house
Good location for the town centre, train and bus stations. Private bathroom was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious for the price.
Unfortunately the WiFi was unavailable during our stay. I feel it would be nice to replenish the porridge pots for guests staying for more than one night.

Cheap and cheerful but not for me
The location was good for central Accrington.
On the morning after my 2nd night there was no power to the sockets in the room so couldn't make a cup of tea. I didn't realise that the proprietor didn't stop on site. Just a phone number which went to voice mail.
