great value for money, will stay again.
having stayed here before i knew what to expect, it is a lovely hilltop location with a great view over Rochdale. Converted stables to a high standard, good choice of continental breakfast foods and the muffins are to die for (worth the stay alone), definitely good value for money.
only 1 small issue was the broken sink plug so couldn't fill the sink with water.

Very dissapointed
Not much.
The tv kept disconnecting, I got bit multiple times whilst I was there, the electric went off in the middle of the night and we had a bright light turned on for hours disrupting our sleep.

Comfortable/Quality and good value B&B
Room was lovely, comfortable bed, big TV, lots of storage and space, large shower with excellent water pressure, location was very remote and due to working I never got to appreciate the view as dark when i left and dark when i returned, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though.
A mini fridge in room would have been a brilliant
