Excellent breakfast provided. Loved the selection and that the timing was up to us. The position of the accommodation was really lovely. Great views. Very comfortable. Great places around the area to visit. We'd recommend this property highly.

having stayed here before i knew what to expect, it is a lovely hilltop location with a great view over Rochdale. Converted stables to a high standard, good choice of continental breakfast foods and the muffins are to die for (worth the stay alone), definitely good value for money.
only 1 small issue was the broken sink plug so couldn't fill the sink with water.
