    Overall a decent hotel. Staff very friendly and professional. Good base for Bury and surrounding towns

    The bedroom needed decorating and a new carpet (this had several marks and was not up to an acceptable standard. The room gave the impression that nothing had been done since the hotel was built. the bathroom was ok but the soft close toilet seat action was no longer working and the seat needed replacement.
