The staff make this good hotel a great one!

Staff were lovely - reception and restaurant. I stayed for 5 nights for work and was very comfortable, lovely little gym that had everything I needed. Food was excellent! Great location too. Would definitely recommend

If I had to say anything, it would be the rooms and bathrooms could probably do with a deep clean but the essentials were clean. Eg. Vents and corners could do with a good clean

Didnt have time to eat as I was only booking the room as I had to be at Manchester Airport very ealry in the am. Great location if you are heading to Manchester Airport

Book three rooms and sleep in the middle one

The food served in the evenings. Good quality

Paper thin walls. I had the unfortunate experience of hearing my neighbours talking on the phone, talking to each other and finally climaxing while I was trying to sleep. So many mirrors in the bedrooms as well.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Beds were comfy. Good location - only a 10 minute drive from Bury centre.

Room was very dated. We have stayed here several times in the past but this time we were really disappointed with the room. We found it very outdated and wasn't up to the usual levels of cleanliness which was disappointing. Breakfast was nice but greasy.

A very relaxing stay after a long drive and Ideally located for my business trip.

The full breakfast was excellent and cooked to order with locally produced Black Pudding and Sausages The main meal was wonderful and the meal was of superb wquality.

The price(I had no option to book it) and we weren’t intending located very near to a VERY loud wedding party so couldn’t sleep till 1am (music went on far longer than was acceptable) for a DELUXE room it wast the best hotel room I’ve seen and paid ALOT less.

Excellent, exceeded all our expectations

I would like to give well-deserved praise to all the staff, but particularly to Ross, the Night Porter for being very kind and helpful. The staff here are amazing and they will make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Everything was above our expectations, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be booking again. Congratulations to the team here for being the very best in hospitality. I highly recommend this Hotel, its restaurant, bar and event facilities.

It was a stay around things happening with family & friends that was peaceful, comfortable and well

Breakfast v gd. Cooked excellent. Service mostly good just one occasion people who came in after us appeared to get the breakfast we had ordered. Room - sink wd not empty & extractor fan not working. Otherwise v comfortable. Dinner - seeing family and friends so did not stay for dinner. Reception- friendly and helpful

Better en suite maintainance, the ramp for wheelchairs not v stable. Otherwise happy!

We choose Red Hall because it is so convenient a location when we visit the area.

The room was situated on the ground floor near to Reception and the dining room.. It was clean and had lovely views of the fields and hills. The staff are friendly and helpful

The shower was very difficult for me as there was no grab rail for support and I was anxious about slipping as I got in and out of the combined bath and shower. I do not like overhead showers and there was insufficient place for shampoo, flannel etc. Also little storage space above the basin. The double bed was OK but the duvet was very heavy and clumsy and too many pillows.

It was all lovely, fabulous setting, really helpful staff. I came here with my mum who is disabled and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Very impressed! Lovely rooms. Comfy beds. Restaurant is fabulous!
