Did not meet expectations.

The location is good.

There is no parking, unlike as advertised. When we arrived we were told we had to park in a public car park nearby. There was one pace left so we were lucky, but otherwise we wouldn’t have had parking. There was a mouldy shower curtain, mould in the dishwasher and a mouldy smell in the place. The shower is just a bath with a hose attachment.

A Lovely ideally placed apartment to explore Honfleur

The Location. The building. It had everything you needed for a short stay. Lots to do in the area. Check in and out very easy, good communication.

The toilet is downstairs. Parking in August can be challenging, although plenty of it around.

Glad we were only there for one night

Location was good, communication good with key holder.

The property smelled damp, the hall floor was swollen with damp which made the door hard to open/ close. Pictures are misleading showing the tower. Decor tired, but generally clean.

Good location with parking nearby but it would be difficult to stay here very long

Location was good - next to the campsite, a free car park and 5 minutes walk to the centre. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee and sugar provided. Host helpful.

There had been a water leak downstairs which had left a very musty smell and doors which were difficult to open/close. Kitchen not that well equipped - most plates and bowls were very chipped, then we were short of most other things - only one wine glass, 2 tall glasses, 2 mugs, blunt prep knife, one small chopping board, pans all small size - so if you’re eating out except for breakfast it’s fine, but it’s complicated if you’re eating in. There was a food cupboard with what must have been left by previous guests, some useful (salt, pepper, rice) but some of the food wasn’t looking so good any more! Very narrow and steep staircase which could be difficult for some people. No wardrobes, just 5 coat hangers on the wall between us all (4) and one cabinet with shelves. Bathroom is a small bath with shower head but no hook to hold it.

Would not recommend

The only positive aspect was the convenient location.

The apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke and damp walls – similar to a musty basement odor – which made the stay quite unpleasant. The baby cot provided also smelled of mildew, likely stored in a damp basement before use. Completely unacceptable, especially for a child. On top of that, the host was extremely unfriendly and uncooperative. I only received the invoice two weeks after the stay, and that was after repeatedly following up. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

Excellent location in lovely town. Quiet, peaceful apartment in private block just a short walk from the sights of Honfleur. Great to have a private garden. Free parking close by, across the road. Honfleur is well positioned to explore Normandie.

Only minor things - the shower head needs to be fixed to the wall, one or two additional bits of kitchen equipment, but nothing of significance.

Exceptional

The Apartment was very Chic lovely furniture and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was very modern and a great size with a bath and shower over bath. The location was fantastic right near a lovely street lined with chic eating places and shops of great interest. We went on Saturday so there was a great French market. Parking is fantastic as just across the road less than 5 minutes walk is a very large free carpark. There is also a large area to park up right next to apartment to unload. There is also a lovely little garden with a table and chairs.

Perfect!! Great accommodation fab location

Everything!! Lovely apartment, clean & modern, with all facilities required, incl washing machine and dish washer! (Although we didn’t use them) Great location and good free parking across the road. Very pleasant 10 min walk into port passing cute buildings, shops and restaurants.

Logement frais, spacieux, proche de la mer, du parking gratuit et du centre ville. Petit + pour le jardinet agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner.

Odeur de renfermé très désagréable, elle ne disparaît pas malgré une ouverture quotidienne des fenêtres + tâches d'humidité. Literie inconfortable. Attention aux allergiques ! (tapis et rideaux épais) Accueil bref, pas de recommandations de visites hormis les restaurants du propriétaire.

Beliggenhed og gode parkeringsmuligheder Byen er charmerende og i kort gåafstand

Lejligheden lugter at gammel cigaretrøg - det bør man få oplyst inden man booker. Lejligheden virker dertil lidt slidt. Havemøbler med gamle fugleklatter på og beskidte - der gerne måtte have været rengjort. For dyrt i fht hvad man får.

logement très bien placé, plein de charme

emplacement parfait, près d'un grand parking gratuit et à 5mn à pied de la vielle ville. l'appartement est situé dans un immeuble de caractère, tout est charmant, la déco est sympa, la cuisine est bien équipée. Tout Le charme de l'ancien avec la hauteur des plafonds (très bas à l'étage), les poutres apparentes et la fraicheur des lieux (mis à part l'odeur d'humidité)
