Ok for a pitstop but not very comfortable for anything more. Wish we’d booked a hotel.

Location

You have to pay extra for bedding and towels which is… ridiculous. And I asked for the sofa bed to be made up (the listing said there was one) but there wasn’t. I was charged for bed sheets but no actual bedding was provided to make it myself?! How bizarre. Also the wifi is terrible, can’t be relied upon. And if I didn’t leave it spotless I would have to pay €50 for a cleaner which makes you feel like you can’t relax. We were only given the code for the key safe once we arrived and were stood on the doorstep.

The location was great, the space was cozy and welcoming. Very nice accommodations.

We had a problem with the keys and was unable to get the WiFi working. The manager offered to help with the keys but we were finally able to use them.

Awful in every way

Everything. I had a car accident and arrived late in the rain and dark and couldn’t find it . The host ignore my calls and eventually sent me a text on French- I couldn’t understand it. So I rang again and she was so angry she put the phone down. I got in and it stank of old food and is dressed with furniture you’d get of your nan died. The spiral stair case has no hand rail and highly polished - lethal . No child should stay here. The shower is waist height! The alarm and curtain rail fell off in the night. There was no WiFi - the host meeely said I paid for a room not WiFi even tho WiFi was advertised! I spent money buying WiFi. Then I thought I’d better send pics before I left to show it was clean but she didn’t reply. Merely turned up with a man and ranted that it was dirty because of a hair by the sink and a speck on the rug. Then she threw me out and instantly tried to take hundreds of euros from my account. I was overdrawn do she couldn’t. I’ve attached pics and screenshots of messages

Beware, the owners are very GREEDY they do not miss the opportunity to charge your additionally

If you want to overpay for the additional services that are being imposed on you, then you should definitely choose The Chez Lisette apartments. While booking, please read the information, written in small letters: 1) FOR LATE check in OR check out, YOU will have to pay an extra 40 euro. 2) IF YOU are not cleaning the apartments after the checking out you will be charged an extra 40 euro. 3) If you want to sleep on bed with linen and use fresh towels be ready to pay additionally 15 euro per bed per person and 5 euro- for towels per person. Initially, our reservation costed 140 euro, but in the final calculation 200 euros was withdraw from the amount, the last wiredraw was performed in a week after we left the apartments without our confirmation. Beware, the owners are very GREEDY and AVID PEOPLE who do not miss the opportunity to take all your money. Chez Lisette is a duplex, there are no complaints about the room as a whole, but there is no any soap, , liquid cleaners for washing dishes, sponges in the apartment. There is a dishwasher, but there is no liquid soap to use it. The wifi username and password were not active, we tried to contact the owner, but he kept silence and did not respond to our requests at all. The apartment was not very clean, the furniture was dusty. In a week after the check-out, they charged additional 40 euros, supposedly for cleaning, which the guests did not do before check-out. Are you seriously???? Why do we rent dwelling for 1-2 days in order to additionally pay for linen and clean? What is your work apart from renting out the premises? I highly don't recommend this property. 1. Low service quality 2. Additional hidden costs 3. Greedy host 4. And a feeling of deep dissatisfaction after the days spent in these apartments. We won’t come back to your apartments anymore!

L emplacement est bien. Logement propre

Le logement est petit pour 3 adultes Conseillé pour 1 couple et 1 ou 2 enfants de bas âgés Sur l equipement il manque un tapis de douche et il serait bien de prévoir quelques sachets de thé et dosettes café pour les courts séjours surtout mais pas que.... Un minimum pour le petit-déjeuner et accueil voyageur

Néanmoins quelques points de vigilance: Le Linge de couchage et serviettes ne sont pas fournis (option) Pas d’accès à internet disponible et réseau téléphonique limité au 4G TV : Écran plat mais Difficultés pour utilisation de la tv, antenne ? Cafetière mais pas de café ni de dosettes pour la senseo cela aurait été un plus

Posizione ottima con un parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte, il centro di honfleur a due passi. Grande, Molto pulita, zona tranquilla. Consigliata!

Tenete in conto di pagare 20 euro per le lenzuola se non portate le vostre, e 6 euro a testa per gli asciugamani (sapevamo che ci fosse l’ extra da pagare, ma 20 euro ci è sembrato un pochino tanto.) inoltre essendoci il piumino abbiamo avuto un po’ caldo.

Beddengoed kost 20 euro per bed en ook moet je bijbetalen voor de handdoeken. De bedden worden niet opgemaakt dit moet je zelf doen en je moet dit ook weer afhalen. Dit voelt duidelijk minder gastvrij

Dépaysement total.

Emplacement idéal, calme, proche d'un grand parc, de la mer et du centre.

La connexion internet était très lente et mauvaise. En outre, nous aurions apprécié rencontrer notre hôte au début et à la fin du séjour. C'est plus facile et sympa que par mail, par digicode, par coffre à clé. Le contact humain est quelque chose d'important mais qui se perd.

Prix par réaliste si on cumul toutes les options

La propreté du lieu. L'accessibilité par les codes de l'accès à la porte principale puis à la boîte à clef pour la porte du logement. L'emplacement du logement à proximité du centre ville. Le calme du lieu.

La TNT non opérationnel à notre arrivée. La TV est trop haute sur le mur. Elle serait mieux sur le meuble, car on se casse le cou. Le canapé du salon n'est pas confortable. La plage est indiquée à 500 M hors c'est plutôt 1km voir 1,5 kms. L'emplacement pour véhicule gratuit. Il n'est pas au pied du logement mais en face sur parking public. On a mis 25 min pour obtenir une place (on est arrivé samedi à 14h45). Prix pour mise en place de drap et/ou serviette un peu élevé... C'est trompeur par rapport à un tarif de la concurrence qui a tout inclus, même le.ménage
