Parking was a nightmare.

The location was good and the rooms spacious.

We reserved a car parking space 2 weeks before our visit but the car parking space was not available when we arrived. Another customer was taking up 2 spaces and the owner did nothing to rectify the situation. The oven and microwave did not work very well. The pillows were lumpy. The centre of town was very noisy with shop deliveries at 0230am and dustbin lorry at 0330am.

Very uncomfortable small kitchen. Not a lot of thing for good cooking. No place for clothes and shoes. Dirty spots on the walls(. Appartment was looking on the photos better than in real. I hope the owners can make this flat looks better. In general it is not bad but some changes must be done.

The location is perfect and the people who helped us were great.

We had to pay for linens and put them on the bed ourselves. Had to pay for towels too. That should be included in the price.

On finally accessing the flat our stay was very satisfactory.

The administration on arrival needs to be improved: we were not met on arrival having followed the request to give 10 minutes notice; having ascertained the phone number to find the alternative means of receiving the keys the secretary was not immediately available; when she returned to the office an incorrect bill was presented. Meanwhile the main guest, who is 98 years old, was kept waiting (in the rain). We were delayed on entering, unpacking and finding a restaurant for the evening meal.

We were on motorbikes, so it meant carrying a bit of gear up two flights of stairs! Apart from that excellent - good location, good value, would stay there again - ideal for exploring Honfleur and around. 😁

Great location Private parking for 5 eur/day, although a bit tight to access

I was forced to pay cash only, although it wasn’t said so when I was booking. The host mentioned “you can pay cash”. Very poor communication, not clear check in instructions. The beds were 140, which I was aware of, tight for 2 adults. On top of that, the mattresses were horrible, we kept rolling to the middle, as they were bent. We all woke up with a horrible back pain. Apartment is in a poor condition. You cannot open the window without hitting the ceiling and door without hitting the floor. Wifi password was 30cm long.

Location good near to town..cathy was meant to meet us didnt arrive so lady in office(cathys friend) gave us the keys she was such a lovely lady couldnt have been more helpful..parking good even though a very tight squeeze with car..

Advertised for 6 people 1 sofa in living room nowhere to sit comfortably..shower you have to stand and hold to use it.. needs painting and decorating..other people staying screaming and shouting messing about on the stairs at gone midnight after drinking..needs new curtains.. personally only stay for 1 night as a stop over..didnt like check out as just leave key in front door when leaving for cleaner if someone went in after we left and damaged property how could we prove we hadnt done it..not an ideal checkout at all.

AMENAGEMENT CUISINE MAL COnçu

Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée, retour avec trois angines... Couchage récent mais de médiocre qualité. A deux, enfoncé vers le milieu. Escalier très bref jusqu'au deuxième étage surtout pour trois personnes de + 80 ans... Problème d'isolation acoustique avec l'appartement supérieur. Siège WC à refixer (je l'aurai fait mais pas de d'outils). problème évacuation lavabo.

Logement au top très bien pour 2 couples. Proximité du port (2mn a pieds) parking privé nickel.

Un détail pour nous, non impactés, mais Parking 6 places étroit et peut être difficile pour SUV ou longue berline. Porche d'entrée étroite également. Et pour le logement manquerait juste un tapis antidérapant pour la douche.. pour le reste, nous recommandons très fortement.. il fallait bien un petit bémol.. mais tellement peu important...

Alloggio grande e centrale, ma la poca disponibilità dell’host ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole.

Posizione centrale Appartamento pulito e di grandi dimensioni.

Per accedere all'appartamento, posto al secondo piano, si utilizza una scala a chiocciola in legno molto stretta e fatiscente, che rende faticoso e rischioso il trasbordo delle valigie. L'ingresso del parcheggio è stretto e di difficile accesso. I 6 posti auto nel cortile sono accessibili solo se si effettuano decine di manovre per posizionare le vetture, a meno di non avere un auto di dimensioni contenute, inoltre gli appartamenti che ne usufruiscono mi sono sembrati più di 6, quindi si rischia di rimanere senza posto auto. Abbiamo avuto una perdita d'acqua dalla parete della doccia che data la pendenza del pavimento non a livello, è arrivata fino alla cucina bagnando borse e scarpe. L'host Julien si è dimostrato persona sgradevole attraverso le comunicazioni avute via whatsapp. Mai visto in persona, poichè per il check-in si passa per una sua dipendente.

L'emplacement parfait, tous commerces, proximité immédiate du port. Excellent accueil ( et merci pour la mise à dispo du café!) appartement très propre, fonctionnel, lumineux, agréable, parfaitement équipé.

au regard du prix le linge de toilette et les draps pourraient être inclus. Idem pour le parking dans lequel il est compliqué de manoeuvrer (mais qui a le mérite d'exister et c'est appréciable).

Satisfaisant sans plus !

L'emplacement est très proche du port. Nous avions peu de temps pour découvrir le centre. C'est chose faite.

C'est un lieu de passage très fréquenté sans doute par sa situation. Ce n'est pas toujours très net question propreté et il serait bon de dire que le parking intérieur nécessite de nombreuses manoeuvres pour se faufiler à l'intérieur. Avec le recul, je ne retournerai plus dans ce logement et ce quartier.
