L'appartement est mignon, bien agencé, et confortable mais l'insonorisation est trés mauvaise
L'insonorisation de l'appartement est extrêmement mauvaise, si vous avez de la chance de n'avoir personne dans l'autre location, l'appartement est parfait.... sauf pour les personnes avec des difficultés motrices attention aux escaliers mais si ya du monde vous entendrez chaque mots des autres locataires.
