I did not enjoy.

Location was near to the centre

I did not realise I would have to pay cash on the day and I would have liked to know this in advance. I do not appreciate having to pay extra for towels or linen. This should be included. When I said yes to linen I thought that included towels. The car park space was difficult to get into. The tap was falling off and some electrical features were not properly attached. Bedding was tired.

Great time in beautiful Honfleur

Very central, you can leave your car and walk around. The aprtament is comfortable and well decorated. You have everything in the kitchen.

We had to rent the linen and didn’t expect this. Parking space is provided but you need to be a good driver to get into the back yard as the space is very tight.

Didn’t match the information seen upon booking. Day-of-arrival surprises were imposed. 1. Credit card used to secure booking but cash to be paid upon arrival. 2. Arrival was instructed to be at a different address, to pay someone else, who wasn’t answering calls upon our approach and wasn’t there upon our arrival.

A good clean apartment that is wonderfully situated to the best parts of Honfleur

Great location - very close to the bustling restaurants and cafes in the port, but far enough away to be very quiet. Nice design to the apartment meant easy to use.

Third floor was tough to get to with suitcases via narrow stairwell. Parking was difficult to get to but good once you were through the narrow entrance. No aircon means that the height is an advantage to get some breeze to cool the apartment down

Not the best room I stayed in

Good location. Parking in the yard.

Photos do not show the details. The furniture was old, you have to pay separately for linen and towels, room smelled tobacco (smoking alarm was broken, I found it disassembled behind microwave), broken ashtray was on the bottom of latrine, internet wasn't working. Also one of the "cons" was the fact property accepts only cash and the person which takes payments was not at the same location. So, room is good for overnight stay, not for longer stay.

absolutely nothing. it wasn’t at all like the photos on Booking. com. I have taken photos to prove it.

furniture discussing. stools dirty. chair leatherette peeling off. sofa nothing like your photo covered with odd things. orange boxes half painted as bedside table. Odd chair the other side. your picture shows shop window. The front was all boarded up very dirty entrance to car park dangerously narrow not at all like photo with gates and plants Entrance and stair dirty walls and paintwork only thing clean was bed linen. couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

The mother is kind and knows how to deal with people. The apartment is nice, well located and generous.

They charge for bed sheets and towels, something expected when you rent a place to stay. The prices they charge increase the rent in about 20%. Keep that in mind. The host (son) is quite rude when dealing with customers and he is the one to communicate with through the platform. His Mother is the one who does all the work once you get to the property. She is super nice though. The internet was a big problem and they took a couple of hours to find a solution. I had to go back and forth several times in the process process and they didn't even offer an apology or a compensation for the inconvenience.

Appartement bien situé (près du centre ville). Côté espace rien à redire. Assez bien équipé ; il manquerait un lave-vaisselle.

La literie était très mauvaise (matelas bien trop mous et déjà usagés). Les alèzes n'étaient pas propres ; elles auraient dû être jetables pour plus d'hygiène. Le robinet de l'évier ne tient plus, il nous est venu dans les mains! Nous avons réussi à le "replacer" pour s'en servir mais il a besoin d'être changé!La plupart des prises sont désolidarisées des murs. Le ménage est moyennement fait (plat du four sale; sol pas très propre dans une des chambres; et la poussière n'en parlons pas! Nous payons tout de même 20 euros de ménage!

L’appartamento di per se è carino ed abbastanza grande. A 50 metri dal porto. La ragazza dell’accoglienza molto gentile.

L’appartamento andrebbe un po’ sistemato, soprattutto la doccia in bagno ed il rubinetto della cucina, come li tocchi si staccano. Le scale per salire sono strette, ma era già specificato nella descrizione. Va bene per una notte.

Je n'apprécie pas les suppléments draps et serviettes qui, bien que figurant dans l'annonce ( à condition de chercher) s'apparentent à des frais cachés qui font monter la facture. Une pratique qui manque de transparence. Dommage !

le contact exécrable avec cette personne, je veux tout annuler, ce que j'ai fait le jour même franchement ce type oublie qui est le client, qui n'est pas forcement roi mais à qui on peut exprimer un peu plus de respect et de ne pas essayer de l'entuber car ce fut le cas ce n'est pas grave, finalement s'il a envie de garder l'argent ce sera juste un pauvre type, un voleur comme je le lui ai dit! ATTENTION AVEC CETTE PERSONNE !!!!

le troisième étage avec un escalier difficile à monter, car marches hautes et inégales! A EVITER pour personnes en santé moyenne. Literies en mauvais état, matelas hors d'usage. matériel de cuisine insuffisant pour un séjour de qq jours. insonorisation interne et externe nulle. Douche cassée. propreté douteuse. pas de notice d'utilisation des matériels. Une nuit ça va, un séjour NON.
