Appartements Du Clos Vorin

Lovely apartment in an excellent location with private parking. The building is stunning. It’s right in the old town and just 5 minutes from the harbour. Across the road from the park, swimming pool, butterfly centre and ev chargers. The apartment was spacious with gorgeous period features and proportions. We got to see the swifts chasing and playing all evening outside our window. We felt a real sense of calm and history.

No real wardrobe space which I hadn’t anticipated but it wasn’t really a problem for the two of us.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everything of interest but still quiet and the secure parking is great so close to town. The apartment furnishings have character but are also comfortable and functional. The kitchen is a little tired and could do with a facelift but there’s plenty of crockery and cooking equipment and everything we used worked perfectly well. The bed is firm but comfortable and the hot water and towels were good. We extended our stay as we loved the town and surrounding area. Plenty of excellent local shops for self catering or restaurants for eating out. Recommended.

Location perfect….in town centre….short walk to everything. Parking in secure courtyard. Lovely old building, lots of character.

Shower just adequate, in bath with shower curtain. Very basic, probably expected a proper shower with screen, only really a hand shower. Kitchen in need of love. Bit tired, as were cups and bowls, many with chips or cracks.
